PLAYER | BET | DIMERS PROBABILITY | ODDS |
---|---|---|---|
Jae'Lyn Withers (North Carolina) | Over 1.5 Threes | 70.5% | -115 |
BJ Davis (San Diego State) | Over 1.5 Threes | 55.4% | +135 |
Amarr Knox (Alabama State) | Under 14.5 Points | 58.4% | -110 |
Leg 1: Jae'Lyn Withers Over 1.5 Threes Made
We're taking our highest probability player prop of the night to start off this parlay, with North Carolina senior Forward Jae'Lynn Withers drawing a 70.5% probability to hit at least two three-pointers in tonight's First Four game vs. San Diego State. Withers' minutes and thus shooting volume increased dramatically over the final month of the season, going from an average of under 1 attempt from three per game to putting up at least four per game, and as many as 7 and 10 attempts during the ACC tournament. Over his past ten games, he's hit this mark six times and SDSS allows opponents to shoot 26.0 three-point attempts per game. We project him for 3.1 with an edge of 13.3% against his best odds if you take this as a single bet.
Leg 2: BJ Davis Over 1.5 Threes Made
We head to the other team's side of the floor for the same prop market as we take Aztecs sophomore Guard BJ Davis to sink his own pair of threes. He's also done so in six of his last ten, including five of his past six, putting up 5+ attempts in four of this games and hitting this mark in each of those. Three-point attempts make up the majority of his shot attempts and the Tar Heels are allowing opposing teams to shoot 33,5% from beyond the arc. Davis gets a 55.4% probability to hit this mark, with our model identifying a significant 12% edge against his plus-money odds.
Leg 3: Amarr Knox Under 14.5 Points
Finally, we'll switch over to the other game tonight when St. Francis (PA) take on Alabama State for the 16-seed spot in the South region and a matchup with Auburn in the first round. We're looking at 'Bama State's sophomore Guard Amarr Knox to go under his line of 14.5 points. He's under in five consecutive games, shooting just 6-33 over his final three games during the SWAC Conference Tournament. The Dimers model projects him for 11.1 points backed by a 58.4% probability, with a 7.2% edge against his best odds.
