Dimers Subscription Terms and Conditions

In accordance with Dimers.com's Terms of Service, Dimers Pro and Dimers Platinum are subscription services (the "Services") that provide our users with access to a variety of betting tools and content via the Dimers website currently located at www.dimers.com (the "Site"). Dimers Pro offers unlimited access to "Every Bet, Every Game, Every Day," including our Prop Bets and Parlay Picker tools, exclusive content, betting trends, and suggested bets. Dimers Platinum provides additional benefits such as advanced AI-driven betting insights and specialized tools like Dimers Platinum: AI Picks for CFB.

• Fees: Pricing is based on the fee schedule provided at www.dimers.com/subscription according to your selected package. Payment will be charged to your chosen payment method at confirmation of purchase at the start of every new billing period for the Term through our third-party provider, Stripe. You are responsible for any applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change our pricing upon prior notice to you via your Dimers account or its associated email address. All payments are non-refundable. We may suspend part or all of your access to the Services for any late payments or due to failed attempts to charge your payment method.

• Payment Authorization and Consent: By subscribing to Dimers Pro or Dimers Platinum, you expressly consent to Dimers initiating a payment or a series of payments on your behalf. These payments will be processed through your chosen payment method as outlined during the subscription process.

• Frequency of Payments: Your subscription to Dimers Pro or Dimers Platinum is subject to automatic recurring payments. These payments will occur at the start of each billing period according to the subscription term you selected (weekly, monthly, or yearly). By agreeing to these terms, you consent to recurring charges being automatically applied to your payment method for each new billing period until you cancel your subscription.

• Determination of Payment Amount: The amount of each payment will be determined based on the fee schedule provided at www.dimers.com/subscription at the time of your subscription or renewal. You acknowledge that the payment amount may vary due to changes in subscription pricing, applicable taxes, or additional charges, all of which will be communicated to you in advance. Any changes to the subscription price will be communicated via your Dimers account or its associated email address before they take effect.

• Cancellation: You may cancel at any time through the Site before the end of the next billing period. Dimers will not refund or credit any partially used billing periods. When you cancel a Dimers subscription, you will continue to have access to that subscription for the remainder of your applicable billing cycle, and the subscription will automatically end.

Dimers Pro and Dimers Platinum accept the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB, China UnionPay, Apple Pay, Cash App Pay, Google Pay, and Link. Additionally, where allowed, we accept Affirm, Afterpay, and Klarna. The available payment options will be displayed during the subscription process.

To start using Dimers Pro or Dimers Platinum, you'll need to register and subscribe. Visit the Dimers Subscription page and choose the plan that best suits your needs. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your registration and subscription process.

Dimers Pro and Dimers Platinum operate a no-refund policy. Once a subscription is purchased, access will continue until the end of the paid period. For example, if you purchase an annual subscription on March 15, 2025, and decide to cancel a week later, your access will continue until March 14, 2026.

To change or cancel your Dimers subscription, please go to 'My Account' and click the 'Manage' button. This will redirect you to Stripe, where you can manage your subscription details, including upgrading, downgrading, or canceling your plan.

Dimers Pro customers have a tonne of flexibility when it comes to managing their subscription. We know that you might want to put a pause on things and come back when your favorite sport comes back, or when you come back from holidays. 

The Pause functionality (“Pause”) is available exclusively to customers on a monthly Dimers Pro subscription plan. Customers on weekly or annual subscription plans are not eligible to pause their subscription.

Eligible subscribers may pause their subscription through the “My Account” section of the Dimers platform. Pause options include:

• Fixed-duration pauses of 1, 2, or 3 months; or
  
  

• Selection of a specific month in the upcoming calendar year for automatic resumption (e.g. until November).
  
  

When a subscriber elects to pause their subscription, they will retain full Dimers Pro access until the end of their current billing period.

During the active pause period, subscribers may continue to access their Dimers account but will not have access to any Dimers Pro features, including but not limited to:

• Unlimited best bets
  
  

• Unlimited prop bets
  
  

• Unlimited betting trends
  
  

• Unlimited custom parlays
  
  

• Unlimited game picks
  
  

• Full player data in Player Projections hubs
  
  

• Futures predictions
  
  

• VIP Discord community
  
  

• Full site access
  
  

Subscribers may unpause their subscription at any time, including before the pause period begins. Upon unpausing:

• Full Dimers Pro access will be reinstated immediately
  
  

• The subscriber will be charged immediately
  
  

• The date of unpausing will become the new monthly billing date
  
  

Subscribers may extend an active pause for up to an additional three (3) months at a time, subject to a maximum total pause duration as determined by Dimers in its sole discretion.

At the end of the selected pause period, the subscription will automatically resume, and the subscriber will be charged the applicable monthly fee. The date of resumption will become the new billing date for future subscription periods.

Pause functionality is intended for temporary breaks. Dimers reserves the right to limit the frequency, duration, or total number of pauses per calendar year, and to modify or discontinue the Pause functionality at any time, with or without notice.

Dimers does not provide refunds for paused periods. The Pause functionality is a forward-looking feature and cannot be applied retroactively.

If Dimers suspects abuse of the Pause functionality, including but not limited to attempts to circumvent billing cycles or repeated short-term usage, we reserve the right to revoke access to the Pause feature, suspend or terminate the user’s subscription, or take other appropriate action.

Dimers reserves the right to update or amend the terms of the Pause functionality at any time. Changes will be communicated via the Terms and Conditions page and/or through user notification.

By subscribing to Dimers Pro or Dimers Platinum, users agree to use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account, and they agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under their account or password.

Dimers is not responsible for any losses or damages incurred as a result of using the services. Users should bet responsibly and within their means.

Dimers reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the service after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
