Top MLB Betting Trends for Tuesday, July 25

1. DJ LeMahieu (NYY) To Record a Hit

Frequency: 11 of last 12 games
Odds: -220

It's taken far too long, but DJ LeMahieu is finally starting to look like the hitter he used to be. He's raised his batting average 14 points in just two weeks, registering a knock in four-straight games and seven straight before that. Also working in our favor is his .320 lifetime batting average against Mets starter Justin Verlander, who takes the mound for New York tonight.

2. Cody Bellinger (LAD) To Record a Hit

Frequency: 10 of last 11 games
Odds: -170

The once NL MVP, cody bellinger has had a tough couple of seasons. Not this year, as he's slashing a robust .319 to go with 14 home runs. He recently had a 13-game hitting streak and now is in the midst of another, picking up a hit in seven-straight contests. He's had just two games without a hit in his last 25 (!) and is in as good a form as any hitter out there.

3. Max Muncy (LAD) To Record an RBI

Frequency: 6 of last 6 games
Odds: +125

When you're streaking, you get to stay in this column, and that's precisely what Max Muncy is doing. He's registered 12 RBI in the last six games, picking up at least one in every game along the way. That includes four home runs over that span, and while Muncy isn't hitting the ball at a high clip (8 for 27 in that span), he's making the hits count. Ride him til the streak breaks.

Remember to gamble responsibly and set limits on your betting activities. It's important to approach sports betting as a form of entertainment, rather than relying on it for financial gain. Set a budget for yourself and stick to it, and never bet more than you can afford to lose. If you or someone you know has a gambling problem, crisis counseling and referral services can be accessed by calling 1-800-GAMBLER.
