Top MLB Betting Trends for Thursday, June 29

1. Shohei Ohtani (LAA) To Record a Hit

Frequency: 21 of last 23 games
Odds: -255

You can go ahead and put this one in your Thursday parlays right now. Despite a loss against the White Sox last night, Ohtani was still an omnipresent force, recording three hits from five ABs. The man is on fire right now and stands a big chance of making an impact once more as the Halos look to atone for last night's defeat.

2. Tommy Pham (NYM) To Record a Hit

Frequency: 16 of last 19 games
Odds: -220

The Mets might be known for their inconsistency, but Tommy Pham sure isn't. Pham has been exceptional over the month of June with a .321 batting avg and will tonight get a dream pitching matchup against Milwaukee's Adrian Houser. Pham is batting .444 in his career from 9 ABs against Houser who has also walked the hitter on four occasions.

3. William Contreras (MIL) To Get a Hit

Frequency: 8 of last 10 games
Odds: -185

Contreras notched another hit on his tally against the Mets last night, his third of the series so far as he continues to perform for the Brewers. While he is coming up against the best pitchers in the MLB in Max Scherzer, the task my not daunt the Milwaukee slugger who has a .500 avg against Scherzer from four previous plate appearances.

Remember to gamble responsibly and set limits on your betting activities. It's important to approach sports betting as a form of entertainment, rather than relying on it for financial gain. Set a budget for yourself and stick to it, and never bet more than you can afford to lose.
