The Cavaliers-Grizzlies-Bucks NBA Playoffs Elimination Game Survival Parlay
It’s elimination night in the NBA! We’ve got a four-game slate tipping off at 7:00 pm EST as the Cavaliers look to stave off elimination at the hands of the New York Knicks in the first round of the NBA Playoffs. Joining the Cavs on the brink of elimination are the Grizzlies and Bucks, who will face the Lakers and Heat respectively.
Do-or-die time for these three teams opens the door for some interesting betting opportunities. Historically, teams down 3-1 in a postseason NBA series don’t end up winning the series, but if the Cavaliers, Grizzlies and Bucks want any chance of staying alive, they’ll need to battle tonight. That’s what we’ll be focusing on, as we put together the “One More Day” Parlay.

These are can’t-miss promotions if you’re getting into sports betting.
The “One More Day” Parlay +596 Odds
The concept of this parlay is simple: three teams facing elimination to force a Game 6 and cover the spread while doing so. You can also go even more basic and parlay the three teams on the money line, but with the Bucks being such heavy favorites at -610, you’re losing any value.
Besides, through the first 30 games of the NBA Playoffs, the team that won covered the spread 28 out of 30 times. That now sits at a record of 30-5 to date after all three teams facing elimination on Tuesday covered the spread as underdogs. Our cutting-edge predictive analytics model is giving all three of these teams at least a 65% probability to win, so we're backing them all on the spread.

Leg 1 – Cavaliers -5.5 on BetMGM
The Cavs tied up the series with the Knicks at 1-1 before dropping their last two. Our A.I. predictive model projects big games for Donovan Mitchell and Darius Garland and gives the Cavs a 66% chance to win outright. With their backs up against the wall on their home court, lock in a Cavs to cover -5.5 points as the first leg of our parlay.

Leg 2 – Grizzlies -4.5 on BetMGM
If not for a meaningless Dillon Brooks foul at the very end of Game 4, the Grizzlies would have covered and the ATS record in this series would be an even 2-2. Los Angeles is just 3-7 covering the spread over their last ten games against Memphis and needed overtime to pull out the Game 4 win. Take the Grizzlies to cover the 4.5-point margin for leg number two.
Just make sure this guy is nowhere near the court in the final seconds.
Leg 3 – Bucks -12 on BetMGM
Safe to say, this isn't where the top-seeded Bucks expected to find themselves in Round 1. Without Giannis in Game 2, the Bucks beat the Heat by 16 points, before dropping Game 3 with Giannis sidelined again. The Bucks’ star returned for Game 4 to drop a triple-double, and the Heat needed an all-time 56-point performance by Jimmy Butler to edge out a win. This is it for the Bucks; either come out swinging in their house or pack up for the offseason. We’re backing the Bucks -12 for our final leg.
- Cavaliers .5-5
- Grizzlies -4.5
- Bucks -12
Total Parlay Odds: +596
You’ll get the best odds on this parlay at BetMGM, so if you don’t have an account set up already, be sure to do so. New users can get up to $1,000 back if their first bet loses, so don’t hesitate!
