Three-Leg Parlay Close to Cashing $70K

One bettor stands to win over $70,000 on just a $75 bet at MGM Sportsbook, if the Boston Celtics can seal the deal in the postseason by winning the NBA Finals. Twitter user @billybeans3, aka "Mr. Beans", placed the ticket prior to the 2022 FedEx St. Jude Championship last August. Shortly after, Will Zalatoris took home the grand prize, meaning the first leg had cashed.

Next up, Mr. Beans' fate rested in the trustworthy hands of Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes. At +800 odds, Mahomes was one of many NFL players considered one of the betting "favorites" to win the NFL MVP award before the season started. Ultimately, Mahomes delivered, which now gives Mr. Beans with just the Celtics to capture the NBA championship.
