Should've Bet That: Looking Back at Week 9 Bets You May Have Missed

We look back through the bets that you might have missed from NFL Week 9 to determine whether they're a sign of things to come, or only a fluke. The team on the Dimers show 'Should've Bet That' also dissects a week in which we rue a number of 'what might have been?' moments.

If you haven't already, you should consider signing up for DraftKings ➡️ here ⬅️ as you can turn a $5 pre-game moneyline bet on any game into a free $200 if your team wins.

Betting Hack: Use this trick to secure $200 in free bets from BetMGM

Watch: Episode 9 of Should've Bet That

The Bet: Joe Mixon 3+ TDs (+2100)

Mixon was the most dominant player in the NFL on Sunday, as the Bengals dominated the Panthers and led by 35 points at halftime, mostly due to Mixon's solo performance.

Mixon only had two touchdowns on the season before this week, so for him to score a whopping five touchdowns seems a bit out of nowhere. It could be a sign of things to come, or it could just be a surprising game script against a bad Carolina team. We lean the latter.

The Bet: Mecole Hardman Anytime TD (+270)

After scoring three touchdowns last week, it's time to take Hardman more serious as a primary target in the Kansas City offense. Even after the acquisition of Kadarius Toney, it was Hardman who once again found the end zone for the Chiefs.

Not only did Hardman score a TD, he was targeted nine times in the game against the Titans. With the Chiefs' running game floundering, there's great value on Hardman going forward.

The Bet: Lions ML (+167)

This bet is much less about our faith in the Detroit Lions (we have none) than it is about condemning Aaron Rodgers and the Green Bay Packers. This is now the 5th straight loss for Green Bay, and Rodgers himself played a huge role in this loss.

The Packers don't seem likely to get back on track anytime soon, and the sportsbooks just haven't caught up. It's time to fade the Packers at every opportunity.

🚨 NFL Betting Hack with BetMGM 🚨

Now, have we found a loophole for you! You see, BetMGM has launched another awesome 'Bet and Get' offer for new customers. Basically you will get $200 in bonuses to use on NFL (paid as 4x $50 bets!) from a simple $10 money line wager.

Here's the deal.. to score this $200 in bonuses we need to bet on .... wait for it... NHL. I know, I know.. so just hear us out here.

Bet $10 on any NHL moneyline (you can register here) and you will get 4x $50 free bets to use on NFL as soon as there's a goal in that game. This offer applies to ANY hockey game and the free bets will land in your account the second there's a goal scored in your game - the wager doesn't even need to win for you to walk away with $200. It's the closest thing to guaranteed cash there is.

It's an easy process and only takes a couple of minutes to do. To make it even easier, we've outlined the steps below:

  • Click here to create your BetMGM account
  • Enter the required info
  • Select your preferred deposit option
  • Make an initial deposit of $10 or more
  • Go to the NHL section
  • Put a $10 money line bet on any team

From there, the second that first goal is scored, you will get your $200 bonus paid straight into your account. BetMGMwill pay out the bonus cash by giving you four $50 free bets to use on NFL or anything else you like.

Remember, you need to place a $10 moneyline bet on NHL to trigger these 4x $50 free bets to use on NFL.
