1. James Conner over 49.5 rushing yards (-113)

Yes, the 49ers are one of the very best run defenses in the league, allowing just 82.7 yards per game this season to rank them second in the NFL - but do the Cardinals have any other choice? Kyler Murray is in doubt at the time of publishing, meaning that he'll either head into this one hobbled, or Colt McCoy will take the reins instead. With McCoy under center last week, James Conner had his best game of the season, erupting for 69 rushing yards and two touchdowns on 21 carries.

Arizona's injury concerns aren't just limited to the QB room; WR1 DeAndre Hopkins could also miss with a hamstring injury. Conner's line has been adjusted with San Francisco's defense in mind, but the sheer weight of volume may just be too great to ignore. 

2. Christian McCaffrey over 36.5 receiving yards (-113) 

When you're crafting a parlay for a game with the 49ers, Christian McCaffrey has to be included - the only question is which prop to take. CMC has been the focal point of the SF offense since his move across from Carolina, and he is enjoying the same amount of heavy volume on both the ground and air as he did during his time in Charlotte. Not counting his first week in San Francisco in which he saw limited snaps, McCaffrey has received 15 targets over the last two weeks, hitting this receiving prop in both games. He's lethal no matter how you deploy him and this is still a line to exploit.

Brandon Aiyuk bettors have been cashing week after week recently with the big man hitting 80+ yards in four straight games. His high completion rate is insane, catching 77% of his targets during that time, making him one of Jimmy G's most trusted men when looking to gain yardage. The Cardinals aren't particularly great defending in the air and could struggle to contain Aiyuk from a big game.
