Leg 1: Bengals Moneyline (-135)
We don't usually do Spreads, ML and Total plays in our Primetime Parlays but things line up well for the Bengals moneyline in Week 18.
For starters, they must win this game to stay in the postseason race. They'll need a loss from the Dolphins and Broncos on Sunday as well, but it starts on Saturday night. A couple bad breaks have put this team in this position - when they're on, their offense is among the best in the league.
Additionally, the Steelers could very well have nothing to play for in this game. The AFC North will be decided Saturday evening - if the Ravens win in the earlier game vs. the Browns, and they should, then Pittsburgh is locked into the 5-seed with no home playoff game to be earned in the first round. They could use a tune-up as they've lost three in a row, but this game should be all Bengals.
We give Cincy a 57% probability to win this game.
Leg 2: Joe Burrow Over 285.5 Passing Yards (-115)
Our first player prop is on the sheriff of the Bengals offense and Comeback Player of the Year favorite, QB Joe Burrow.
Burrow is having an MVP-level campaign and would be in the conversation if not for the Bengals struggles as a whole (and that his immediate competition is in the same division and leading).
In their previous meeting last month, Burrow put up 309 yards and three touchdowns vs. the once formidable Steelers defense that's faltered greatly in recent weeks. RB Chase Brown is banged up with an ankle injury, and though he's listed as questionable, may not be at full strength if he plays.
We're projecting Burrow for 280 yards, just a little shy of his 285.5 yard line, but he's got as much upside as any passer in this league. In his past seven games, Burrow has two 400+ yard games and three other 300+ yard games. We'll take the over as our projection is close.
Leg 3: Andrei Iosivas Over 26.5 Receiving Yards (-120)
For our third leg, we're going with WR3 Andre Iosivas to clear his modest receiving line of 26.5 yards. This is up to 29.5 in some places so we're getting a great line here.
Iosivas has emerged as a viable option in this passing game even with his fairly light volume of 3.4 targets per game. He's got 50+ yards in back-to-back games, and has gone over this in 6 of his last 7, including against the Steelers. He's managed to clear it twice with his longest catch in two of those games and registered receptions of 23 and 26 yards - he doesn't need a lot of volume.
We're projecting him for 34.4 receiving yards on Saturday night with a 56.3% probability of going over.
Leg 4: Tee Higgins Anytime TD (+100)
As always, we'll close out with our TD pick of the game and we're going to roll with WR Tee Higgins of the Bengals.
In his past nine games, he has just two without a score and he's scored in three straight, with a hat trick featuring a game-winning score just last week.
He's got over 30 targets in his past three games and put up a line of 5/69/1 vs. the Steelers his last time out.
Our model projects Higgins with a 39.1% probability to score, which suggests fair odds of closer to +150 for this prop, but with fair odds hard to come by for any player in this game, we're playing the matchup and probability over the value.
