Free NBA Props Wednesday February 16, 2022

Nets vs. Knicks, 7:30PM ET

With this game obviously being played in the state of New York, the Nets' backcourt will once again be Patty Mills and Seth Curry, with both presenting some nice value.

We're going to focus in on Mills here, and it's the points scored by point guards vs. the Knicks in their last four games that is why:

• Tre Mann: 30 points
• Steph Curry: 35 points
• Bones Hyland: 22 points
• Mike Conley: 18 points

Patty hasn't gone over even 9 points in his last four games, but with a FG% off 33.3% or lower in each of those, we expect this to be the game where he bounces back and translates the volume into scoring.

Spurs vs. Thunder, 8:00PM ET

The second Australian that we're betting on tonight, Josh Giddey is one of the hottest commodities in the NBA right now, coming into this game on the back of a 28-11-12 game in the Garden (his second straight triple double).

Now, whilst it's tempting to look at his points for this game (line of 16.5), it's his rebounds and assists that have been much more consistent of late.

Even with Monday's massive scoring performance, Giddey has only gone over 16.5 in 4/12 games without Shai. On the other hand, he has gone over 7.5 assists in 7 of these games, including 10 and 12 in his last two.

The Spurs will likely be looking to limit his scoring after a career-high in his last game, opening up more dime opportunities for the young guard.

Jazz vs. Lakers, 10:00PM ET

We're finishing the night with an even money play on Mike Conley to pass the rock.

First off, let's look at how points guards have gone against the Lakers in their last three:

• Steph Curry: 8 assists
• Dennis Smith Jr: 11 assists
• Jrue Holiday: 10 assists

Yep, pretty convincing.

On top of that, Conley has had 6 or more assists in seven of his last nine games against Russell Westbrook. This looks like a great spot for Conley, especially considering he's coming into the game off the back of a 10-assist effort in just 23 mins against the Rockets.
