Free NBA Picks For Tuesday April 5, 2022

Rockets vs. Nets, 7:30PM ET

The Rockets may still be losing more often than they're winning, but they're also 4-1-1 against the spread (ATS) in their last six games. And this line is massive.

On top of that, the Nets are 1-5 ATS over their last six and haven't remotely looked like blowing a team out to this level for the past week or two.

Jalen Green and Kevin Porter Jr. are doing some very nice things as an offensive duo right now and will again get to play with a newfound freedom as they look to finish the season on a strong note.

Wizards vs. Timberwolves, 8:00PM ET

One of the key things that I tend to look for in these closing stages of the regular season is which team in a matchup has more to play for. And that's pretty clear here.

The Wizards' season is over, with the Play-In game now out of reach, whereas the Wolves are fighting for that all-important 6 seed in the West.

Minnesota will basically be at full-strength for this one and will be out to get this over and done with early, with a 20-point win looking likely.

Grizzlies vs. Jazz, 9:00PM ET

This feels like the books are somehow still disrespecting the Grizz?

Memphis is 18-8 against the spread (ATS) as dogs this season (second best record), and are coming off a win against the Suns where they entered as 7.5-point underdogs.

Ja Morant will obviously still be out for this one, but that doesn't matter for us bettors, with Memphis sitting at a 6-1 ATS since his latest injury occured.

Take the second best team in the West with the points.
