Tuesday NBA Parlay Analysis

Atlanta Hawks vs. Indiana Pacers, 7:30PM ET

LEG 1: Dejounte Murray Over 6.5 Assists (+102) with DraftKings

Murray isn't always a lock to rack up assists, as he spends quite a bit of time off the ball playing next to Trae Young. However, this is still a guy that is at his best making plays for others, and he had a 10-assist game just two games ago. Now, we like him to have at least seven in a meeting with the Pacers this evening.

This game has an absurdly high point total at 238.5, so this is very likely going to turn into a shootout. With that in mind, Murray will have plenty of chances to make plays for his teammates. These teams are sixth and seventh in the league in pace, so the guards in this one will be able to play freely. Our model has him projected for 8.2 assists tonight.

Los Angeles Clippers vs. Toronto Raptors, 7:30PM ET

LEG 2: Fred VanVleet Over 5.5 Assists (+100) with DraftKings

In 10,000 simulations of tonight's game, VanVleet averaged 6.8 assists per game against the Clippers. So, at even odds, it's just hard not to throw him into our player props parlay. VanVleet is the lead ball handler for the Raptors, so opportunities won't be an issue here.

VanVleet is also averaging 6.2 assists per game when playing at home this season, and he's averaging 7.8 assists per game when the Raptors are coming off at least three days of rest. Toronto hasn't played since December 23, so that situation is in play here.

Denver Nuggets vs. Sacramento Kings, 10:00PM ET

LEG 3: Kentavious Caldwell-Pope Over 10.5 Points (-122) with DraftKings

Our model has a pretty insane edge on Caldwell-Pope tonight, as he averaged 17.2 points per game in our model's 10,000 simulations of this one. That means that his point total of 10.5 is just far too low — even if his role might continue to decrease as Jamal Murray gets more and more comfortable on the floor.

This game happens to have the highest point total of the night, so we do expect it to be extremely high scoring. That will only mean that Caldwell-Pope will have more chances to score the basketball. And he has scored at least 11 points in six of the last seven games he has played.
