Best NBA Player Props Today

Portland Trail Blazers vs. Los Angeles Lakers, 3:30PM ET

Over the last two games, Anfernee Simons has attempted 18 threes for the Blazers, making just five of those shots from deep. That's a 27.8% clip from three, but he shot 40.5% from there last season. It's only a matter of time before he he has some really productive shooting days to get his averages up, and it wouldn't be surprising if he did it against the Lakers. 

Los Angeles isn't very deep with good defenders on the perimeter, so they'll have to allocate their resources to stopping Damian Lillard. That should leave Simons with some favorable matchups, and we just see him having a big game in California today. Simons should be feeling confident after hitting a big hook shot to help Portland beat Phoenix last game.

Washington Wizards vs. Cleveland Cavaliers, 7:00PM ET

Bradley Beal has had at least six assists in each of Washington's first two games this season, and it'd be pretty surprising if he didn't hit that mark again on Sunday. While the Wizards did trade for Monte Morris in the offseason — and also have Delon Wright in the mix — Beal is still serving as the lead guard for this basketball team. And while he's definitely a scorer first and foremost, he does look to get his teammates involved. 

With an improved supporting cast and a group that has just been clicking early in the year, Beal should continue to do a good job of putting up decent assist numbers. Our DimersBOT has him projected for just about eight assists in this game against the Cavaliers.
