The Hornets are among the worst defensive teams in all of basketball, so points should be on the menu for this lunchtime game in Charlotte for the Magic players. One guy our model is taking a liking to is Franz Wagner. Wagner has been a little down as of late, failing to hit 20 points in his last seven games, but he does have some nice form against this Charlotte team, coming off a 23-point performance the last time these two teams met in November. Our projections has Wagner smashing his points prop line with 24 projected points.

LEG 2: LaMelo Ball over 8.5 assists (+102) with DraftKings

The former No. 2 pick has been flirting with a triple double over the past few games for the Hornets and could be well placed to get close again today with a nice matchup against the Magic. Orlando are ranked 24th in the league for assists given up to their opponents this season. When it comes to giving out dimes, there aren't too many better in this league than LaMelo Ball. He has hit this line in his last two meetings against the Magic. Our projections have him down for 10 assists.

LEG 3: Markelle Fultz over 13.5 points (-111) with DraftKings

The sportsbooks seem to be consistently underestimating the improvement in play of Markelle Fultz in recent weeks and that's completely fine by us. Fultz has enjoyed a more robust role in this Magic offense this season and can put together complete games in both the points and assists stat columns. Against a bad defense, we're expecting big things from the guard, projecting 15 points.
