This game might be a weird one, but it'll be fun to watch. After a couple of weeks in purgatory, in which they were losing games by big margins and unable to put up a score, Portland have improved a little but are still susceptible to haemorrhaging points on their own defensive end, giving up 124 points per game over their last five. That stat also rings true for the Pacers, giving up the exact same amount of points as their opponents today over the same span.  These two teams also rank in the top 8 in the league for possessions per game over the last three matches. Prepare yourself for a Buddy Hield/Josh Hart shootout.

Grizzlies vs. Rockets, 3:30PM ET

Another game with a high potential for points - the Grizzlies and Rockets also like to play really, really fast - ranking 6th and 4th for pace so far this season. Ja Morant will be missing for Memphis, but we've seen numerous times throughout his layoffs this year that it hasn't resulted in a drop off on production for this team on the rise - they actually average more points with him out of the lineup than in it (115 compared with 114).

Celtics vs. Nuggets, 8:00PM ET

The defensive numbers that the Celtics are putting up right now really need to be appreciated. They've held their last three opponents to scores below 100 - a feat that feels like it should be just about impossible in today's modern NBA. They can defend any shot - ranking 1st for both opponent field goal % and three-point %. Coming up against the Nuggets tonight - a team that has lost three of their last five - the matchup looks good for the Celts to continue their roll.
