Suns vs. Nuggets Parlay Analysis

Phoenix Suns vs. Denver Nuggets, 8:30PM ET

LEG 1: Devin Booker 30+ Points

Booker has flat out been the best player in the NBA Playoffs (with all due respect to Jimmy Butler). Booker averaged an incredible 37.2 points per game in Round 1 against the Clippers, and as the competition increases, we expect Booker to only get more aggressive. In Game 5, Booker scored an amazing 47 points. In Game 3, he totaled 45 points. All in all, he reached the 30-point mark in four of five games in the first round. The addition of Kevin Durant has only made things easier on Booker, as he rarely faces double teams and can hunt his shots with more aggression and ease than ever before. This will continue against Denver in the Western Conference Semifinals, and we're ready to take advantage.

LEG 2: Nikola Jokic Over 8.5 Assists

After averaging 9.8 assists per game in the regular season, we continue to be surprised by his low lines at the sportsbooks. Jokic averaged 9.0 assists per game in Round One against the Timberwolves, and went Over 8.5 in three of five games. Two of those games he comfortably destroyed his line of 8.5 assists, recording 12 assists in Game 3 and Game 5, seemingly getting stronger as a facilitator as the series went on. Against Phoenix, Jokic will have a big advantage offensively being guarded by Deandre Ayton. We expect him to create leverage and continue his storied run as the best facilitating big man the NBA has ever seen.

LEG 3: Aaron Gordon 1+ Three-Pointers Made

Gordon has slowly made himself into a reliable perimeter shooter over the course of his career, after shooting just 27% as a rookie, he is now a 35% shooter from deep on the season. More importantly though, he has been getting the attempts up in the NBA Playoffs. He shot 2.4 attempts per game in Round 1, and made a three pointer in three of the Nuggets' five games. He had three or more attempts in three of Denver's five games, and if his shot volume stays the same against Phoenix, we fully expect Gordon to connect on a three pointer in Game 1.
