Free NBA Props Tuesday April 19, 2022

Hawks vs. Heat, 7:30PM ET

PICK: Trae Young OVER 35.5 PTS+AST (-122)

We're targeting the bounce back here, with Trae Young set to unleash on the Heat tonight.

After putting up just 8 points (1-12 FG) and 4 assists last game, the league's leading scorer looks good to bounce back tonight.

As well as the Heat defended him last time out, Trae is too good a player to be held down in that fashion two playoffs games in a row.

Looking back over the regular season, Young was IMMENSE in games following a night of 15 points of less, averaging 30.8 points and 9.8 assists in his last five games in that fashion.

With his line at 35.5 and DimersBOT projecting him for 28 points and 11 assists, we're in a really good spot here.

Timberwolves vs. Grizzlies, 8:30PM ET

PICK: Ja Morant 30 points / Grizzlies win (+150)

Give us seven game of Ja vs. Ant. Please.

After the Wolves pulled off the upset win in game one of the series, I'm backing in the Grizz to bounce back. And there's no reason Ja shouldn't have 30 or more in each of the games in this season.

Morant has averaged 28.9 points per 40 minutes against the Wolves in his career and should be on the court for at least that here.

After stating the Grizzlies' intentions earlier this week with this quote "We ain't ducking no smoke. We run up the chimney.", and then posting a video of Michael Jordan after their Game 1 loss, Ja is going to go all out tonight.

Pelicans vs. Suns, 10:00PM ET

PICK: Mikal Bridges 2+ steals (+255)

Let's finish the night with a narrative play. Last night saw Marcus Smart announced as the first guard to win DPOY since Gary Payton in 1995-96, with Mikal Bridges coming in second. He won't be happy about that.

The Suns will now go without any individual player awards for this past regular season despite winning a franchise record 64 wins.

The best way for Bridges to prove his defensive worth tonight will be by making big stops on guys like BI and CJ, and with a steal per game over his last 15, the 2+ is certainly not out of reach.
