The Sunday slate of NBA starts with an LA matinee as the Lakers host the Spurs, and things have not been looking good lately for Los Angeles. Almost every game over the past few weeks has either ended in a high scoring, tight contest, or a blowout loss for LA. With that in mind, it makes sense to look for San Antonio's players to feast on the fragile Lakers and Murray has the opportunity to be a shining light.

After a slow opening to the year, the Spurs guard has hit this line in six of his last nine games, including against this very Lakers squad when he put up 21 points on October 26. Not many teams are going into Staples scared of this LA team, and that will be especially true for Dejounte Murray and his Spurs.

Suns vs. Rockets, Sun Nov 14, 7:00pm (ET)

PICK: Chris Paul OVER 9.5 assists (-128)

CP3 isn't too fond of the Rockets after a short and miserable stint there as James Harden's Robin, so expect him to come out with some extra motivation against Houston here. In 11 games this year, Paul has failed to notch double digit dimes in just three games and already has form against the Rockets, dishing off 13 assists just 10 days ago.

Warriors vs. Hornets, Sun Nov 14, 10:00pm (ET)

PICK: Steph Curry OVER 29.5 points (-118)

Absolutely stunned to see the Curry points line sub-30 considering the Warriors are coming up against the league's worst defense in the Hornets. While he has experienced some off games recently in the midst of some spectacular highs, this is Curry's hometown and where his dad works as a color commentator. Come on - the Chef will have this wrapped up by the start of the fourth.
