Wednesday NBA Parlay Analysis
San Antonio Spurs vs. Charlotte Hornets, 7:00PM ET
LEG 1: Terry Rozier Over 22.5 Points (-120) with DraftKings
Hold onto your hats - this game could be a goldmine for parlay bettors on Wednesday night. Two of the worst teams (and two of the worst defenses) come together tonight in the Spurs and Hornets, and our model has identified one particular man to go off in Terry Rozier. The Hornets' guard is coming off a memorable 29-point performance against the Hawks on Monday night. He faces off against a San Antonio team that is weak, ranking dead last in the league for opponent points allowed per game this season with 122.7; a figure that is even worse in more recent times, allowing 126.9 points per contest over their last ten games. Look for Rozier to be one of the man beneficiaries of the relaxed defense on show tonight. Our projections have him down for 25 points.
Miami Heat vs. Brooklyn Nets, 7:30PM ET
LEG 2: Spencer Dinwiddie Under 19.5 Points (-118) with DraftKings
Spencer Dinwiddie is a man who has looked right at home since returning to his original team in the Brooklyn Nets at the trade deadline, but he faces an extremely tough matchup against a locked in defense tonight. The Miami Heat have been a wall over the past ten games, allowing the third-best amount of points to their opponents with just 106 points per game. Miami haven't been nice to Dinwiddie historically, managing to keep him contained in his last three meetings against them, averaging just 9 points off 39% shooting from the field and 23% from deep. Our projections are fading him, predicting 15 points.
Houston Rockets vs. Oklahoma City Thunder, 8:00PM ET
LEG 3: Shai Gilgeous-Alexander Over 32.5 Points (-113) with DraftKings
SGA is practically an auto 30-point man right now, and our model thinks that will continue with another big performance against the leaky Rockets defense tonight. The OKC guard has already lit it up against Houston this season, atoning for the Thunder's shock loss on the road against them on February 1 with a 42-point performance three days later in a game that Oklahoma City were able to dominate on their home floor, putting up 153 points. We're expecting more of the same tonight with 33 points projected.
