Thursday NBA Parlay Analysis

LEG 1: Donovan Mitchell Over 4.5 Assists (+106) with DraftKings

Cleveland Cavaliers vs. Indiana Pacers, 7:00PM ET

In 10,000 simulations of tonight's Cavaliers-Pacers game, Mitchell averaged 6.0 assists per game. That makes him a really strong value at plus-money to go over his 4.5-assist total tonight.

This is a game that we like to go Over the total, which was one of our picks in our NBA best bets story. And it's just hard to imagine this game not going Over without a big performance from Mitchell. With that said, look for him to be effective as both a scorer and a playmaker.

LEG 2: Kawhi Leonard Over 20.5 Points (-115) with DraftKings

Los Angeles Clippers vs. Boston Celtics, 7:30PM ET

Leonard is pretty regularly playing 30+ minutes per night now, so he's a full go when the Clippers do opt to play him — which isn't every night, with the team still resting him on the second night of back-to-backs. And Los Angeles has an empty injury report in this meeting with Boston tonight, so Leonard should see significant time in this one.

With this being a massive game, we expect Leonard to try and prove a point out there. He had 28 points against the Sixers two games ago and has now had at least 26 in three of his last six games. It's clear the superstar still isn't fully comfortable, as he is struggling to find consistency with his game. But this meeting with an elite Celtics team should bring out the best of him.

LEG 3: Spencer Dinwiddie Over 5.5 Assists (+118) with DraftKings

Houston Rockets vs. Dallas Mavericks, 8:30PM ET

Dinwiddie has had six or more assists in 14 of his last 24 appearances, according to our brand new NBA trends page. That's a five-star trend in our database, and he also happened to average 6.7 assists per game in our model's 10,000 simulations of tonight's Rockets-Mavericks game.

It's just not hard to see a scenario in which he goes out there and has a big game, with Dallas counting on him more than ever recently. Dinwiddie is the second-best on-ball option that the Mavericks have, and we like him to make some plays for his teammates in what could be a high-scoring game with the Rockets.
