Sunday NBA Parlay Analysis

Atlanta Hawks vs. San Antonio Spurs, 4:00PM ET

LEG 1: Keldon Johnson Over 23.5 Points (-113) with DraftKings

There haven't been too many bright spots for the Spurs this season as they race to the bottom, but Keldon Johnson has certainly been one. Johnson leads all teammates in points per game this year with 21.7, and has put together three straight 20+ point games over the past week. While we know that San Antonio's priorities are elsewhere as they look to a potentially lucrative draft lottery, don't count out the Spurs in this one against a very leaky Hawks' defense which ranks 27th in the NBA for points allowed to their opponents since the All-Star break. Our model is expecting a big one from Johnson, projecting 26 points scored.

Miami Heat vs. Detroit Pistons, 6:00PM ET

LEG 2: Jimmy Butler Over 23.5 Points (-113) with DraftKings

We tailed Jimmy yesterday in this article and he came through for us, and there is no reason why we should be stopping now. As we covered off on yesterday, Butler has been emphatically dominant in the post over the past couple of weeks, getting the vast majority of his points within the 5ft range, or via the free throw line. In the Heat's touch loss to the Bulls, the Miami marquee man was at it again, scoring five of his eight FGs from inside 5ft, and going 8-10 from the line. The Pistons are a weak defensive post team, ranking in the bottom 10 in the league for opponent field goals given up inside Butler's sweet spot.

New Orleans Pelicans vs. Houston Rockets, 7:00PM ET

LEG 3: Alperen Sengun Over 4.5 Assists  (+124) with DraftKings

Sengun has been something of an enigma for props bettors this season. Sometimes the Rockets C will explode, other times, he'll fall flat. Tonight our model is expecting the former with a big game expected in the dimes column. The Turkish big man is still providing valuable playmaking opportunities, averaging close to 8 potential assists per game, igniting the offense in tandem with point guard Kevin Porter Jr. Our prediction model is projecting a total of 6 assists for Sengun with a nice plus money spot here against the Pelicans.
