Saturday NBA Parlay Analysis
76ers vs. Pacers, 7:00PM ET
LEG 1: Joel Embiid Over 34.5 Points (-125) with DraftKings
If you don't know about newly favorited MVP candidate Joel Embiid on the second night of back-to-backs this season, let me fill you in. Somehow, Embiid is even better without a day of rest than he is during all other times, averaging a whopping 36.3 points per game in six games with zero days rest. With the MVP juggernaut in full flight, and the Center pulling away from Jokic. this has all the hallmarks for another monster performance with our modelling predicting 39 points.
Timberwolves vs. Raptors, 7:00PM ET
LEG 2: Jakob Poeltl Over 13.5 Points (-106) with DraftKings
When Poeltl gets minutes for the Raptors, that translates to points. In nine games where he's seen 27 minutes or more since being traded to Toronto, the big man has hit this points prop line in six of them. With a matchup against the Timberwolves and Rudy Gobert, the Raptors will have to keep Poeltl on the floor to combat the Wolves' post threat. Our projections have him going down for 16 points.
🏀 Timberwolves vs. Raptors Predictions
📈 Betting preview: Timberwolves vs. Raptors
Heat vs. Bulls, 8:00PM ET
LEG 3: Jimmy Butler Over 23.5 Points (-106) with DraftKings
Jimmy Butler returns to his hometown to take on his former team who will no doubt be feeling the effects of a 2OT game last night against the Timberwolves. DeRozan, LaVine and Vucevic all logged heavy minutes in the big win, and that could come at a cost against the Heat, and Butler, who has been in some hot form as of late, averaging 26 points per game over his last 10. Butler's interior offense has been immaculate, shooting at 71% from within 5ft over that span. If the Bulls are tired, Jimmy Buckets has a strength that he may be able to use to exploit Chicago on. Our projections have him scoring 24 at least.
