Friday NBA Parlay Analysis

Portland Trail Blazers vs. Indiana Pacers, 7:00PM ET

LEG 1: Buddy Hield over 18.5 points (-108) with DraftKings

We're expecting another fast-paced game for the Indiana Pacers tonight, up against another team that likes to play with pace in the Portland Trail Blazers. There are a number of stars that could notch some large point totals in this one, but we're sticking with the team on home court and Buddy Hield. The SG leads all players on the Pacers squad for shot volume over the past five games, getting off an average of 15.8 attempts per game for an average of 22.8 points. Indiana must keep riding the hot hand of Hield and a similar output should yield a cashed prop. Our projections list him down for 19 points.

Brooklyn Nets vs. New Orleans Pelicans, 7:30PM ET

LEG 2: Jonas Valanciunas to record a double-double (-140) with DraftKings

The Pelicans have been dealt a crushing blow of the injury news to Zion Williamson that will sideline him for a number of weeks, but astute bettors will know that means that opportunity lies elsewhere in this New Orleans team. One such opportunity resides in the Center position at the Smoothie King Arena where Jonas Valanciunas has a solid matchup against the Nets' Nic Claxton. The Nets have allowed four straight double-doubles to opposing starting centers that have played 25 minutes or more. With Williamson out of action, Jonas will be required to play an even larger role in this offense. We're predicting a 16-point, 11-rebound night.

New York Knicks vs. Toronto Raptors, 7:30PM ET

LEG 3: Jalen Brunson under 23.5 points (-115) with DraftKings

Jalen Brunson has been on a tear over his past two games, putting up 24 and 38 points respectively against the Suns and Spurs, but he faces one of his toughest tests against a strong Raptors defense who has a knack of being able to contain the former Maverick. Brunson averages just 10 points against Toronto though nine career games, including three straight games of points tallies below 10 points - the most recent of which came in a Knicks uniform on December 21 where he was only able to score 7 points in 39 minutes. This Raptors team has remained largely in tact throughout the years, giving credence to the thought that they know how to stop one of New York's main scoring outlets. Expect him to struggle on the road with our predictions putting him on 22 points.
