Friday NBA Parlay Analysis
LEG 1: Domantas Sabonis over 19.5 points (-106) with DraftKings
Sacramento Kings vs. Detroit Pistons, 7:00PM ET
Jalen Duren has been impressing for the Pistons as of late with some strong rebounding, but the young rookie is about to get a lesson in playing some big man basketball in a matchup against Sacramento's Domantas Sabonis. The Kings' C dined out the last time he played the Pistons on November, putting together a tidy 15-13-7. Another big night could be on the cards with Duren as his direct opponent. The Pistons give up the second most amount of points to teams in the NBA this season and Sabonis should be an automatic 20 at the very least. Our projections put him at 21 points.
LEG 2: De'Andre Hunter over 17.5 points (-106) with DraftKings
Atlanta Hawks vs. Charlotte Hornets, 7:00PM ET
With no Dejounte Murray, John Collins or Clint Capela, De'Andre Hunter should be in line for yet another big game. The former No. 4 pick has put together three straight games of high-volume shooting, averaging 20 points from 14.3 attempts over that span. With so many stars missing - not to mention a matchup against a lowly Hornets team who give up points for fun - Hunter will be in line to be the second or third option on offense behind Trae Young and Bogdan Bogdanovic tonight.
LEG 3: Mason Plumlee over 9.5 points (-111) with DraftKings
Atlanta Hawks vs. Charlotte Hornets, 7:00PM ET
Sticking with Hawks/Hornets, because just like the Hornets' coaching staff, it would be a monumental screw up by us if we weren't zoning in on Mason Plumlee to take advantage of Atlanta's frontcourt frailties. Plumlee has been an effective scorer for Charlotte regardless over the last couple of games, hitting double-digit points in five of his last seven games. His jumper isn't pretty, but this matchup for him is.
