Heat vs. Celtics, 7:30PM ET

In today's free NBA picks article, we took the Heat to win this one as underdogs, but the fact that the books have even installed the Celtics as favorites means that they believe Tatum and Brown can make a good game of this.

Tatum is in hot form from deep, hitting 9, 7, 2 and 4 threes in each of his last four games, on 44.9% from range.

On top of that, he also has shot an impressive 47.8% from three against the Heat across his career, making this plus money look like great value!

Raptors vs. Hawks, 7:30PM ET

Ice Trae is one of the most in-form guards in the league, leading the Hawks to a 7-game win streak on the back of averages of 28.4 points, 9.1 assists and 4.7 rebounds per game in the run.

The Raptors will for sure be looking for ways to slow down Trae, who has also averaged 4.1 made threes on 42% over this run. But slowing down his scoring will only increase his playmaking for teammates.

Young has hit 10+ assists in four of his last five against the Raptors, averaging 11.4 per game vs. Toronto in their last five clashes.

Trail Blazers vs. Thunder, 8:00PM ET

Australian rookie Josh Giddey has only played three times this season without Shai Gilgeous-Alexander in the team, but has posted some very nice numbers in those games. His stats in those games read as:

• 15 points, 7 rebounds, 8 assists
• 19 points, 7 rebounds, 8 assists
• 17 points, 13 rebounds, 14 assists

As you can see, he went very close to getting double/triple doubles in his first two games without SGA, before going LARGE against the Mavericks earlier this month.

Our official pick here is to take him for a double double, but it's certainly worth putting some pizza money on the triple double as well!
