This line is too high. The Cavs haven't been themselves lately, and frankly need to focus on getting a win before we start looking at them to cover double-digit spreads.

With Jarrett Allen out, the Cavs have had to play Evan Mobley at center, and although the ROTY-elect has been impressive, there's been an obvious hole there in this time.

Since that Allen injury, Cleveland's record has been 4-6 straight up and 3-5-1 against the spread. They've now failed to cover in four straight, with three of those as favorites.

Granted, I am writing this immediately after the Hornets went into the Barclays Center and ruined Kyrie's homecoming, but this line looks very nice.

Charlotte has now won 7 of its last 8 games, and gets to play at home tonight. Take the points and sprinkle on the moneyline.
