Best NBA Bets Today

San Antonio Spurs vs. Sacramento Kings, 10:00PM ET

The Spurs got blown out by the Warriors a few nights ago, but that was in a game in which Tre Jones didn't play. With him back in the lineup against the Blazers on Tuesday, San Antonio once again was able to cover the spread in a loss. The Spurs are now 9-6 against the spread on the season and we like their chances of keeping this game with the Kings close — and also think it's worth sprinkling a little on this moneyline.

The Kings are coming off a couple of massive wins coming into this one, as they have won four in a row and the last two came over the Warriors and Nets. That win over Brooklyn was one in which Sacramento put up 153 points and won by 32. The Kings are, however, facing a team that matches up well with them. With Jones and Devin Vassell, San Antonio should be able to do a nice job defensively against Sacramento's backcourt. Also, Jakob Poeltl is a center that can definitely give Domantas Sabonis a little trouble.

This is just a game that seems destined to be rather close in the final minutes. With that said, we're taking the underdog with the points.

BET: Spurs +7.5 (-110) with DraftKings ➡️ here ⬅️.

Brooklyn Nets vs. Portland Trail Blazers, 10:00PM ET

It might seem like the sky is falling in Brooklyn right now, as Kevin Durant just called out his supporting cast and Ben Simmons' character and passion for basketball were just called into question...again. This was, however, a team that was playing rather well until it got smacked by Sacramento the other night. And overreacting to that loss is the easiest way to start losing money betting on basketball.

The reality is that Simmons was actually one of the few bright spots in that blowout loss to the Kings, as he arguably played his best game of the season there. Perhaps he'll start to build on that performance moving forward, but the Nets will be somewhat fine even if he doesn't. This Blazers team might be fun to watch, but they are definitely not as good as their record suggests. And now they have to face a Brooklyn squad that is 20-9 ATS after having failed to cover in a road game over the last two seasons.

Look for Durant to come out and dominate in this one, with the Blazers really not having much of an answer for his ability to score on the wing. And while we are taking the points, this is a game we think the Nets could steal outright.

BET: Nets +2.5 (-110) with DraftKings ➡️ here ⬅️.

Detroit Pistons vs. Los Angeles Clippers, 10:30PM ET

The record might not show it just yet, but the Clippers are beginning to round into form. They are 6-3 in their last nine games and have covered six of their last eight. The uncertainty surrounding Paul George and Kawhi Leonard coming into this game is definitely a little concerning, but the Pistons will be without Cade Cunningham in this one. Cunningham is the best player on Detroit, but the Pistons don't have the depth that the Clippers do. For that reason, we think LA will earn a convincing win no matter who is out there.

Under head coach Ty Lue, the Clippers are 18-15 ATS when playing as home favorites of 6.5 to 12 points. They generally take care of business against weaker opponents, and they also happen to be 5-1 ATS when coming off a road cover in which they lost straight-up as an underdog.

BET: Clippers -9.5 (-110) with DraftKings ➡️ here ⬅️.
