Mojo Fantasy Optimal Lineup - Friday, September 8

If you love fantasy sports and are familiar with wagering on prop bets, or if you have an affinity for the trading game, whether it be stocks, collectibles or anything else, then you’re going to want to check out Mojo’s all-new fantasy offering!

Buy and Sell Player Props in a Unique Sports Stock Market

Mojo Fantasy exists at a unique intersection of sports betting sites and daily fantasy. Its dynamic live market with moving probability-based odds is a truly unique experience. You build a portfolio of at least four of your best player props from two teams or more. Unlike any other Daily Fantasy App, each player prop can be tracked and traded in real-time as the live odds change based on the game's momentum.

Instead of playing against the house or the sportsbook, you’re playing against the crowd, just like in DFS contests. The higher your portfolio grows, the higher you move up the leaderboard. On Mojo Fantasy, you can make picks, make moves, and make money!

Today’s Optimal Mojo Fantasy Lineup – Friday, September 8

We’re looking at Mojo’s $10 MLB Friday FTW contest, but don’t forget they have free-to-play contests as well!

For our first-ever lineup, we’re going to play Mojo’s Double-Up contest. A super common format on DFS platforms, contestants who play Double Up have the objective of finishing in the top half of the contest. If your portfolio finishes in the top 50%, you double your buy-in. It’s that simple.

MLB Friday FTW Contest | Buy-in: $10 | Potential Payout: $20

Starting Portfolio value: $500

Stock 1 – Hunter Brown Under 6.5 Strikeouts

Mojo has the price for Hunter Brown to go under 6.5 strikeouts at $0.72 against the Padres, meaning a 72% probability of hitting. While we don’t have a strikeout projection for Brown in our model, we do have a projection for his total outs recorded, and for that we’re seeing his under of 15.5 has a 76% probability.

Brown has not surpassed 15 outs in his last four starts and has gone under his strikeout prop in three of them. He faces the Padres tonight, who have the 9th-fewest strikeouts in baseball.

Investment: $150 to return $209.36

Stock 2 – Aaron Judge to Hit a HR

Time for some star power! Aaron Judge gets a 33% home run probability from DimersBOT and is priced at $0.36 on Mojo Fantasy to go yard. This is almost right in line with our projections and the weather in Yankee Stadium is giving us a huge boost to the short porch. Our model finds better value in a Giancarlo Stanton home run, but he’s not available to us. Brewers starter Colin Rea has a 1.81 HR/9 this season so lock in Judge for a bomb tonight.

Investment: $50 to return $138.24

Stock 3 – Ronald Acuna Jr. Over 1.5 Hits

Doubling down on our star power, we’re taking Ronald Acuna Jr. to rack up at least two hits in this game. Mojo has priced this prop at $0.42 while his Over 1.5 bases prop is at $0.55. We’re getting a much better value in the hits department and when you look at Acuna’s history, he’s not a big extra-base hitter except for when he hits home runs. In almost every game he has at least a double, he’s picked up at least two hits as well, so with the trends lining up, we’re going to buy the prop that has the lower price!

He's up against Mitch Keller in this one, who’s been great this year, but Acuna has a .273 batting average against Keller in 12 plate appearances so we love his chances tonight.

Investment: $100 to return $235.52

Stock 4 – Trea Turner Over 1.5 Hits

You simply cannot stop this man! Trea Turner is on fire, hitting .324 in August and .350 so far in September. He has two hits in seven of his last nine games, including seven home runs in that span. Mojo has priced his hits prop at $0.29. While we don’t have projections for multiple hits, we give him a massive 81.9% probability to pick up a knock and we’ll gladly buy low on this one priced at just under a 30% implied probability of getting a pair of them.

Trea has seen up to five at-bats a bunch of times, giving us multiple opportunities. Plus, if he gets one out of the way early, we can trade this one in and bank the profits if we want!

Investment: $100 to return $341.76

Stock 5 – Jorge Polanco Over 0.5 Hits

This one may not be as flashy as our last three, but we’re getting some great value and 0.5 hit props are hard to find on Mojo. Set at a share price of $0.60, our model actually projects Polanco with a 72.1% chance of picking up a knock, giving us a major 12.1% edge in this price. His matchup with the Mets’ sharp rookie Kodai Senga won’t be easy, but we need just one hit from a guy who has 12 in his last 10 games.

Investment: $100 to return $166.25

Total Investment: $500

Potential Payout: $1,091.13
