El Niño draws a matchup with Royals closer (yes, closer) Carlos Hernandez. Hernandez gets a spot start against the Padres after pitching exclusively as a reliever this season.

Hernandez gives up decent hard contact due to his scorching fastball and if 'Nando can get out in front of one of them today, he's got a good chance to send one out of Petco Park.

Yankees vs. Blue Jays 7:07PM ET

LEG 2: George Springer 1+ HR (+650) with DraftKings

We're going with George Springer for leg number two as the Blue Jays continue their series with a matchup against Yankees ace Gerrit Cole. Hm, picking a home run prop for a player facing one of the league's top CY Young contenders? Seems a little crazy, doesn't it? Maybe, but we like what we see tonight.

Cole has great stuff, there's no doubt about that. But despite his advanced mechanics, he can be prone to hard contact. He's allowed two home runs in back-to-back starts and hasn't been the absolute lock-down pitcher he was through his first six starts. Meanwhile, George Springer has been in the top 2-8% of the league every season when it comes to max exit velocity. DimersBOT gives Springer a 20.7% chance to go deep tonight, good enough for a 7.4% edge in his +650 odds.
