Braves vs. Padres, 4:10PM ET

LEG 1: Juan Soto 1+ HR (+550) with DraftKings

Sometimes, a hitter just absolutely owns a pitcher and that's what we have here with Soto vs. Braves starter Charlie Morton. In 13 plate appearances in his career against Morton, Soto has six hits, five walks and two home runs. He has been struggling this season thus far, but this is the exact matchup he needs to get back on track. Soto has three homers on the season and he hasn't hit one in a full week, which makes him more than due. Our model gives Soto a 21.1% chance of going yard tonight, good for a 6.3% edge on his +550 odds at the sportsbooks. Fly, Soto, fly!

LEG 2: Manny Machado 1+ HR (+500) with DraftKings

We're going double-Padre tonight, as DimersBOT believes Slam Diego could tee off against Morton. Machado is another hitter who just hasn't delivered on his power hitting potential early this season, but that could all change tonight. He has three hits in 12 career at-bats facing Morton, and with only one homer this year thus far, it's only a matter of time before he gets hot and strings a series of bombs together. Our model loves Machado's chances tonight, giving him a 19.8% probability to hit a home run, good for a 3.1% edge on his +500 odds at the sportsbooks, and that's good enough for us.
