Taking a page out of Pete Alonso's book, the Mets top prospect is developing into a full-fledged slugging catcher, racking up three homers over his last four games, doubling his total on the year. He's seeing the ball well, making consistent contact and gets the lofty confines of Coors Field tonight.

Our model gives him a 28% chance to go yard, good enough for a 12.2% edge in the books' odds as well. His pitching matchup with Connor Seabold is favorable, as he's allowed five home runs in his past four starts. Let's get some dingers!

Astros vs. Athletics 9:40PM ET

LEG 2: Kyle Tucker 1+ HR (+400) with BetMGM

Kyle Tucker has seven home runs on the year but is still looking for his first of this week. He gets a significant 27% home run probability based on our model's simulations. He draws a pitching matchup with James Kaprielian (8.68 ERA) who has surprisingly limited his home runs this year. A look at his Statcast suggests luck has been on his side, as he sits in the bottom third of the league in exit velocity and xSLG percentage.

Tucker on the other hand, sits in the top 25% of MLB in every home run-friendly metric, giving us a great opportunity to close out the night with a parlay cash.
