2022 Field of Dreams Game Best Bet

BET: Cubs-Reds Under 9 

"If you build it, they will come." Well, we built DimersBOT and hopefully it's a win that is coming. Tonight's best bet is the Under, which might be somewhat disappointing. We all want to watch this game and hope for a high-scoring affair, but you can't be too mad if you end up winning some money. 

The Under is 8-2 in the last 10 games that Cincinnati has played coming into this one, and it's also 3-1 in Drew Smyly's last four starts against this Reds team. When you consider that Cincinnati is just 20th in the league in runs scored this season and Chicago is tied for 21st, it isn't hard to get on board with a low-scoring game. 

These starting pitchers might not be anything to write home about, but neither are the lineups.

BET: Seiya Suzuki To Record An RBI 

While we'll be rooting for as few runs as possible in this game, somebody is eventually going to come through with a few of them and that means somebody is driving them in. With that said, why not back Suzuki to come through with an RBI in this one? 

This season, Suzuki is batting .249 with nine homers and 33 RBIs for Chicago. His season has been far from perfect, but it's hard not to view him as one of the few bright spots for a Cubs team that is staring down a lengthy rebuild. If it weren't for Suzuki missing a chunk of games this season, he'd be right in the mix for most RBIs on this Chicago team. 

Suzuki has also proven that pressure doesn't exactly get to him, as he has come in and immediately delivered in his first year playing in the United States. You'll want that type of cool, calm and collected demeanor in a game that everybody will be watching.
