How to Bet The 2022 Formula 1 Austrian Grand Prix: Mercedes is on the Rise
The Formula 1 Series stays in Europe for back to back weekends with the 2022 Austrian Grand Prix on Sunday at The Red Bull Ring in Spielberg, Austria.
Dimers.com F1 expert Brad Montagne takes a closer look the best bets in the Austrian Grand Prix.

Austria may be home to the Red Bull Ring, but Mercedes has dominated at this Formula 1 track, historically taking the checkered flag in five of the last eight years.
A clue to what may happen at the Formula 1 Austrian Grand Prix this weekend might be the resurgent performance of Mercedes’ driver Lewis Hamilton at the British Grand Prix last weekend.
This is now Lewis Hamilton’s longest winless streak during his F1 career. He’s gone 11 races without a victory. Incredible to think how consistent he’s been for the last 15 years! pic.twitter.com/EG9MifO5Wu

Not only did Hamilton, a recent champion and star of the series, reach the podium with a third-place finish, he set the fastest lap recorded for the weekend at 1:30.50.
It is clear that Mercedes, after being supplanted atop the manufacturers standings by the likes of Red Bull and Ferrari, has made significant upgrades to their cars, so much so that they can fairly be considered to be at the top of the heap once again.
There is a new world order coming and Mercedes’ engineering will continue with its comeback.
Another thing on the rise is the betting success of yours truly. Last week, I placed a $50 bet on Carlos Sainz to win at the British Grand Prix and pocketed a cool $550.
If you want to be a winner like me, I suggest you follow me on the Mercedes bandwagon and put podium money on Hamilton at +1200 or teammate George Russell at +1800.
Enjoy the races!
