Dodgers vs. Orioles 1:05PM ET
LEG 1: Max Muncy (+285) with DraftKings
*Please note that this originally included J.D. Martinez, who isn't in the lineup today.
It's an early home run kind of day in our midweek parlay as we kick things off in the second game of the slate. We look to Max Muncy, who is one of our model's highest probability home run hitters tonight.
Muncy gets a big-time 40% probability from DimersBOT to go yard in this one. We get an extremely significant 14.0% edge in the odds, suggesting this should be much, much shorter. He absolutely crushes the ball, and more importantly, he is due, as he hasn't gone yard in five consecutive games (which is rare for a guy with 21 homers on the season).
He'll face one of our favorite home run targets in Orioles' starter Dean Kremer who is tied for the fourth-most HRs allowed this season with 20. He's given up nearly double what he allowed all last season and in 20 fewer innings. Lock in Muncy before the early slate begins!

LEG 2: Chas McCormick 1+ HR (+400) with DraftKings
Ma! The meatloaf! If J.D. can come through for us, then we're looking to our man Chas McCormick to bring us home. Chas has been raking lately, racking up three dingers in his past three games while hitting .571 to go with a monstrous 1.214 slugging percentage over that span. He has 11 home runs on this year with seven of them coming in his past 30 games and has raised his batting average by more than 70 points since his season low at the end of May.
He gets an absolutely massive 36% home run probability from DimersBOT to give us a healthy 13.2% edge in the odds as of this writing. We're playing this game in Coors Field much to our delight. McCormick rips the majority of his home runs out to right field which just so happens to be the shortest porch in the mile-high stadium. Though the fence is at its' highest point in right field, McCormick's Barrel % and launch angle tendencies match up extremely well.
As far as pitching matchups go, there's not much better in all of MLB. Austin Gomber will toe the rubber for the Rockies and he has allowed the third-most home runs among starters with 21 for a juicy rate of 1.5 HR/9. He's got five games where he's allowed multiple dingers and has only two starts in Coors Field this season where he hasn't served one up. He's a walking, talking baseball tee. Let's ride.
