Thursday MLB Parlay Analysis

Cardinals vs. Cubs, 8:05PM ET

LEG 1: Paul Goldschmidt 1+ HR (+500) with FanDuel

We cashed yesterday's Home Run Parlay and we are back hunting for more!

We start tonight's two-legger with Paul Goldschmidt, who is the only hitter on the entire slate that has three career homers against the pitcher he will face tonight. That pitcher would be the Cubs' Marcus Stroman, who can go cold and give up multiple dingers in a game, as he has done this year already.

Goldschmidt is well-familiar here, with a .375 average in 24 career at-bats. He'll be swinging away tonight, and DimersBOT loves his chances, grading Paul out as a 30.6% probability to go yard and a 13.9% edge on his massive +500 odds.

A's vs. Astros, 9:40PM ET

LEG 2: Chas McCormick 1+ HR (+475) with FanDuel

And for our second leg, we're backing the hottest hitter in baseball.

Houston's Chas McCormick cashed for us in yesterday's huge parlay winner, and coming into tonight he has four total homers in his last four games. He's facing Oakland's Hogan Harris, who has only pitched 47 innings this season but has already allowed six homers.

Oakland's bullpen has the 2nd-most homers given up of any bullpen in baseball. Given that their starter doesn't usually last on the mound for long, there's some massive value here on McCormick. Our model gives him a 25.3% probability to hit one out, good for a 7.9% edge on his +475 odds.
