Saturday MLB Parlay Analysis
Rockies vs. Cardinals 7:15PM ET
LEG 1: Nolan Arenado 1+ HR (+350) with FanDuel
Starting us off is Nolan Arenado, just one of the many players our model loves in this matchup. Arenado gets a 25% chance to hit a home run from DimersBOT. Owner of 23 home runs so far this season, the former NL MVP collected his first of the month last night and we're looking for him to go back-to-back (just like our next guy). He favors the shorter confines of left field which should be just fin in today's neutral-weather environment.
He'll face Rockies' Ty Blach who's been used sparingly this year, compiling just 21.1 innings while giving up a pair of dingers. He did have his longest outing of the year last time out against the A's so it's up in the air whether or not we'll see him pitch the bulk of this game or not. Either way, the Rockies' bullpen has allowed 52 home runs all season, tied for fifth-most in MLB.

LEG 2: Juan Soto 1+ HR (+390) with FanDuel
Our second leg is another guy who's been absolutely mashing the ball, Padres OF Juan Soto. The Childish Bambino had a slow start to the season, hitting just .202 through April. Then, he turned it on. Soto cranked it up to .333 in May and hasn't looked back, raising his average by 70 points to his now season-high of .276. Alas, we care about the homers in this column, of which Soto has racked up 24 thus far. He's hit one in three-straight games, for a total of four in three days. That means he has four already in August and he hasn't hit more than 6 in any month so far. He can hit 'em all over the park and boasts a no-doubter percentage of 45.8 (gone in all 30 parks).
Tonight, he'll face Dodgers starter Michael Grove for the first time so far in his career. Grove has allowed 12 homers in 62.2 innings this season. He's given up an equal number between right-handed and left-handed batters, but Soto is significantly stronger as a hitter against righties like Grove, who is coming off a three-homer outing against the Reds. Soto is on fire, gets a great matchup and we get an edge in the odds as our model gives him a 21.9% chance to hit a bomb tonight.
