Friday MLB Parlay Analysis

Braves vs. Nationals 7:05PM ET

LEG 1: Matt Olson 1+ HR (+360) with bet365

Let's start off with the soon-to-be-official Home Run King of 2023, Matthew Kent Olson. A man who needs no hype train, because he *is* the hype train, Olson has clubbed a league-leading 53 home runs, his career-best by a whopping 14 dingers (and in three fewer games). Olson has flourished with the Braves and he's chasing 60 bombs with 9 games left to play.

He steps up to the plate against Patrick "Please don't go yard off me" Corbin, who sports a 1.58 HR/9 this season. After Corbin exits this game, Olson gets the Nationals' league-worst bullpen in terms of home runs allowed with 89 on the year. DimersBOT gives Olson a 28.7% chance to go yard tonight and that comes with a juicy 7.0% edge in the odds at bet365. Get us started, King.

Diamondbacks vs. Yankees 7:05PM ET

LEG 2: Christian Walker 1+ HR (+475) with bet365

We'll simultaneously be rooting for Christian Walker to go yard tonight when he faces his former teammate Luke Weaver in Yankee Stadium. Walker is the owner of 30 home runs this season, but just a pair in September back at the start of the month. He gets a pair of short porches in Yankee Stadium tonight which works to our advantage and although there's a slight weather nerf in centerfield, Walker tends to hit his home runs all the way left or pull them right.

Walker is a stronger hitter against righties like Weaver, with 18 of his homers off right-handers, while Weaver is slightly worse against righties like Walker. DimersBOT projects Walker with a 21.3% probability to go yard tonight which gives us a slim 3.1% edge.
