Free Soccer Picks and Predictions – European Leagues, Week Ending Sunday October 31
Prospector Sam is here with your free soccer picks for this weekend's European soccer action.
Week 1 of “Cultured Sam” had some ups and downs. Valencia metaphorically threw up all over the field against Mallorca, and Lille managed to draw with a relegation club whose name could be used to sell X-rated CDs in one of those creepy video stores, neither of which helped my cause. But, on the flip side, AC Milan handled their business and Dortmund’s team total hit on our longest odds of the week, so I can’t say things went too bad. If I’m truly to be a man of dignity and worldliness, though, I’m going to have to step up my game and make sure we’re hitting every bet every week (an obviously attainable goal).
I want to start visiting these far off places where I’m putting bets down, and I need to make some serious money to do it. 2-2 weeks simply don’t pay for my trip to Rome, or even to Rome, New York (yes, that is a real place). So here is my guarantee; everything will go according to plan for the article and that all of my picks will be winners this week! (I shouldn’t have to say this, but for safety please do not take me seriously).

Free Bundesliga Picks For Week 10, 2021-22
Hoffenheim vs. Hertha Berlin, Fri Oct 29, 2:30pm (ET)
One again, Prospector Sam returns with the matchups you’re absolutely dying to watch!... ok, fine, not many of you are probably going to tune in for this one. But that doesn’t mean we can’t all bet on it, and I think it’s a great pick to start off your weekend of degeneracy. While Hoffenheim sit one point behind Hertha Berlin in the table, they’re actually a much better side than the visitors and I think they win this one handily. How do I know they’re better? Well, let’s start with goal difference, where Hertha have a whopping -10 GD compared to Hoffenheims +2, which is a pretty wild split based on the current standings. On top of that, Hertha’s success has mostly come from close wins over weak opposition, and have gotten beaten up by better teams. Hoffenheim aren’t exactly playing spectacular soccer either, but they’ve been competitive in tough games and dealt with a few bad breaks, which tells me they probably will end up higher in the table over the long term. At home, I think this is a game Hoffenheim take comfortably and I like them despite the -135 value being a little bit less than I would have wanted to see. It’s not the best odds, but it’s the right pick and worth building some bankroll on.
⛏️ PICK: Hoffenheim at the moneyline (-135)
Free Danish Soccer Picks For Week 14, 2021-22
Copenhagen vs. Vejle, Sun Oct 31, 11:00am (ET)
Anyone who’s read my work consistently over the last few months knows I have a pretty big soft spot for/love affair with betting Copenhagen. I think they’re an extremely good team and their odds are always a bit better than they should be in Danish Superliga matches because people just don’t bet this shit enough to adjust the lines. Unfortunately, you aren’t going to find a ton of value betting them at home against last placed Vejle, but there is some hiding in their team total. Vejle are, without a doubt, pretty fucking awful. They’ve conceded 32 goals in 13 games, and they get the piss beat out of them pretty much every time they face a top half club. For example, these two faced off in Vejle (I assume it’s a place, but I honestly didn’t bother to look) in August and Copenhagen beat them 4-0. So, to get positive odds (+134) on Copenhagen to score over 2.5 goals feels pretty damn generous, considering they’ve already proven they can do it comfortably. At home, Copenhagen should win this game by a few goals and I love them to cover this team total.
⛏️ PICK: Copenhagen team total OVER 2.5 (+134)
Free Swiss Soccer Picks For Week 12, 2021-22
Zurich vs. Basel, Sat Oct 30, 2:30pm (ET)
I like Basel the plant, I guess it follows I should like Basel the team? Well, maybe not, I’m sure some lawyer can refute my logic there, but that’s my lead in to betting them here and I’m sticking with it! In all seriousness, Basel are by far the best team in Switzerland right now and they’ve yet to lose a single game in the Super League all year. While Zurich have done well to get themselves up to third place in the League by winning a lot of the games against teams not named Basel and Young Boys, in their two matches against those top sides they lost 4-0 and 1-3. Basically, they’re good enough to rise above the weaker teams but they don’t have the legs (or passion. I need more emotion out of you Zurich!) to hang with Basel. Even in Zurich, I think Basel handles this match and the odds are fairly generous at +125. I’m not sure you’ll be able to find it on TV anywhere, but go find a bootleg stream on the internet and watch Basel make you some money.
⛏️ PICK: Basel at the moneyline (+125)
