Top MLB Betting Trends for Sunday, June 25

1. Tommy Pham (NYM) To Record a Hit

Frequency: 13 of last 15 games
Odds: -155

After going hitless on Friday, Tommy Pham was back up to his usual tricks against the Phillies on Saturday, notching a hit and an RBI as New York enjoyed a 4-2 win on the road. Pham is rolling right now, with 13 hits in his last 15 games. The -155 odds on offer for him to do it again on Sunday is an irresistible parlay piece.

2. Billy McKinney (NYY) To Record a Hit

Frequency: 14 of last 15 games
Odds: -140

McKinney has been out-of-this-world good over the past two weeks, failing to record a hit just once since returning to the Yankees lineup on June 8. The Yanks do come up against an in-form pitcher in Texas' Nathan Eovaldi - meaning the odds of -140 for McKinney to keep the streak going sounds about right - but it's also hard to ignore the form of the New York hitter.

3. Brandon Belt (TOR) To Record a Hit

Frequency: 9 of last 10 games
Odds: -150

Who doesn't love a trend that's hitting at 90% with odds of -150 against one of the worst teams in the league? Brandon Belt has been on fire over the past 10 games and will be in the perfect position to keep it rolling against the Athletics who will be sending Luis Medina to the mound (1-6, 7.01 ERA). Medina is operating on a 1.56 WHIP so far in 2023, allowing 5.4 hits per start over his last 10 games.

4. Bryson Stott (PHI) To Record a Hit

Frequency: 11 of last 12 games
Odds: -255

Stott was amongst the hits again yesterday in the Phillies' loss to the Mets, recording two of them from four ABs. Stott has now had mult-hit games five times in this 12 game run making it hard to argue that we will see it stopping on Sunday. New York will have Carlos Carrasco on the mound, who, after a strong start to the season, has began to falter a little recently, giving up 23 hits over his last four starts.

5. Patrick Bailey (SF) To Record a Hit

Frequency: 9 of last 11 games
Odds: -205

Bailey has been a lowkey solid source of hits for a couple of weeks now and stands a good chance of adding to his tally this afternoon when the Giants host the Diamondbacks. Bailey has already gotten reward for effort this weekend with a home run on Friday night and faces a started DBacks pitcher Ryne Nelson who is a man that likes to give up hits, allowing an average of 6.8 per start over his last five games. Bailey is a smart player who knows how to get on base; don't sleep on him today.

Remember to gamble responsibly and set limits on your betting activities. It's important to approach sports betting as a form of entertainment, rather than relying on it for financial gain. Set a budget for yourself and stick to it, and never bet more than you can afford to lose.
