We’ve just finished a brilliant weekend of Premier League action and we’re straight into a great midweek slate of games. We’ve got four on Tuesday, five on Wednesday and one game on Thursday. There are still three teams in the Premier League without a win, will any of those be able to get off the mark? Or will Manchester City make up ground on Premier League leaders Arsenal?

Read below as we break down our Tuesday and Wednesday Premier League best bets.

Midweek English Premier League Best Bets

Fulham vs. Brighton Best Bet

Kickoff: Tuesday, August 30 at 2:30PM ET

Fulham host Brighton on Tuesday and both clubs are exceeding expectations so far, even if we have only played four games at this point. The hosts are 11th in the Premier League and were unfortunate to lose to Arsenal in the final minutes of Saturday’s game. Brighton are sat in fourth and have been so good that manager Graham Potter is the name on everybody’s lips.

It's tough to pick a winner on Tuesday when these two meet but the most likely bet to me looks like both teams scoring in the game. Both teams have scored in three of their four games so far and against some big teams too, including Arsenal, Liverpool and Manchester United.

With Brighton playing so well you really can’t see them not ending up on the scroresheet here, while Fulham have scored five goals in their two games at Craven Cottage this season and Aleksandar Mitrovic finally looks to have taken his Championship goalscoring to the Premier League.

Play: Both Teams To Score (-128 at FanDuel)

Arsenal vs. Aston Villa Best Bet

Kickoff: Wednesday, August 31 at 2:30PM ET

Heading into this midweek slate, Aston Villa sat 15 places behind Arsenal in the Premier League, with the Gunners top of the pile. Arsenal have been electric at times this season and they’re the only team who haven’t dropped a point yet. Only Manchester City and Liverpool have scored more and only Brighton have conceded less.

Meanwhile Villa are in a mess. Steven Gerrard might be a Premier League legend for his achievements at Liverpool, but he doesn’t look like he’ll be managing in the league for that much longer. His team managed to beat a poor Everton but besides that they’ve lost to Bournemouth, Crystal Palace and West Ham. That’ll be concerning given that they’re yet to face a truly hard test.

Only Bournemouth, Southampton and Leicester have given away more goals than Villa and I can’t see Arsenal not scoring at least three in front of the home crowd at the Emirates. At +196 you’re getting great value on Over 2.5 goals for the Gunners.

Play: Arsenal to Score Over 2.5 Goals (+196 at FanDuel)

West Ham vs. Tottenham Best Bet

Kickoff: Wednesday, August 31 at 2:45PM ET

In recent times we’ve seen West Ham overachieve but this year it’s starting to look like things might have caught up with David Moyes’ team. They’ve lost three of four games so far, with their only win coming on Sunday against a terrible Aston Villa side.

West Ham are still waiting for new signing Gianluca Scamacca to find his feet in the Premier League but even their experienced players don’t look like they’re as motivated as previous seasons.

They face Spurs and Antonio Conte has got the North London club firing. Tottenham are third in the league and unbeaten so far this season, and available at a great -110 to win this one.

Sure, this game is at the London Stadium, which could mean West Ham’s great fans influence the game, but the gulf in quality between the two clubs is vast. West Ham won’t be able to compete with Spurs attacking talent, even if Richarlison replaces either Harry Kane, Son Heung-Min and Dejan Kulusevski, who could get rested. Spurs should be strong enough to secure the three points here.

Play: Tottenham to win (-110 at Bet365 for those in New Jersey)
