Syracuse Orange vs. Clemson Tigers

Any way you look at it, Syracuse has been one of the most fortunate teams in college football this season. They survived two games in which the ball bounced their way numerous times against Purdue and Virginia, and just last week they defeated NC State, who was missing their star quarterback. 

Syracuse hasn't faced a team as complete on both sides of the ball as Clemson, and we think they are in for a rude awakening on the road in Memorial Stadium. DJ Uiagalelei has been exquisite at quarterback for the Tigers, and the Orange offense just won't be able to keep up.

Texas Longhorns vs. Oklahoma State Cowboys

The status of star Oklahoma State quarterback Spencer Sanders is up in the air, but with or without a healthy Sanders, the Cowboys have the talent to win this football game. Last week, Oklahoma State controlled the majority of the game against TCU before getting shutout in the 4th quarter, and losing in overtime.

We like the Cowboys in a bounce back spot here, against a Texas team that has their own concerns. Coming down from a historic performance against rival Oklahoma, the Longhorns nearly lost to a mediocre Iowa State unit and would have taken the L if not for a dropped touchdown in the final minute. Oklahoma State, with or without their quarterback, is miles better than Iowa State and we'll side with the better team at home getting points.

Purdue Boilermakers vs. Wisconsin Badgers

Purdue came into this season with high expectations but has had an up and down season thus far. Their most impressive result to date was a 20-10 road win at Minnesota, who was missing key starters on offense. Quarterback Aidan O'Connell is one of the best arm talents in the country, and he'll be the best player on the field this Saturday.

On the other side, Wisconsin is in the middle of a nightmare season. Complete with a fired coach and a handful of mid-season transfers, the Badgers have not been able to right the ship, losing to a bad Michigan State team last week in overtime. Purdue will have to go into Madison and win here, but we love their chances. The Boilermakers have a lot of meaningful football left ahead of them.
