Who will win this year's ACC Conference Tournament?
Teams | Odds | % of Handle | % of Bets |
Duke | +290 | 11.5% | 27.4% |
Virginia | +300 | 10.5% | 19.6% |
Miami FL | +340 | 25.7% | 22.5% |
North Carolina | +650 | 10.2% | 11.2% |
Our DimersBOT model agrees with the public here, as Duke and Miami are the model's two most likely teams to make a deep run in the big tournament. Although it's not super high on any teams from the ACC, as both Duke and Miami have just a 0.1% chance to win the NCAA championship. The ACC tournament will truly be a wide open one, as many teams could have a chance to win given that there is no elite, or even "great" teams. We recommend taking the Hurricanes, who won the regular season ACC title and are also DimersBOT's most probable champion from the conference at the end of March.
Best bet: Miami FL +340
Best longshot: Pittsburgh +1400
Who will win this year's Big 12 Conference Tournament?
Teams | Odds | % of Handle | % of Bets |
Kansas | +300 | 71.6% | 51.5% |
Texas | +330 | 8.8% | 16.8% |
Baylor | +475 | 2.4% | 9.1% |
Kansas State | +650 | 2.5% | 5.6% |
There's a reason so many bettors are jumping all over Kansas - and it's a good one. The Jayhawks are an elite team, and are a tier above every other team in the Big 12 according to our DimersBOT. Our model gives Kansas a 7.9% chance to win the national championship, more than every other Big 12 team combined! The Jayhawks earned the #1 seed in the Big 12, and if they play to their ceiling this week, they can win the tournament easily.
Best bet: Kansas +300
Best longshot: West Virginia +1500
Who will win this year's Big 10 Conference Tournament?
Teams | Odds | % of Handle | % of Bets |
Purdue | +150 | 6.9% | 39.5% |
Indiana | +550 | 22.9% | 17.7% |
Michigan State | +600 | 12.0% | 11.6% |
Northwestern | +900 | 5.1% | 2.4% |
The sharps are all over Michigan here, who is currently representing 26.3% of the handle on just 7.5% of the bets. Purdue has been the best team all season long, and is our DimersBOT model's 7th most likely national champion at 5.2% probability. The second favorite from our model is Michigan State - who has been shooting lights out lately. The Spartans are shooting 47% from three in their last four games. If they keep that up, they may win the Big Ten tournament.
Best bet: Michigan State +550
Best longshot: Illinois +1200
Who will win this year's Big East Conference Tournament?
Teams | Odds | % of Handle | % of Bets |
UConn | +200 | 13.9% | 37.7% |
Creighton | +300 | 34.3% | 20.9% |
Marquette | +300 | 6.5% | 17.7% |
Xavier | +550 | 9.7% | 7.3% |
UConn didn't win the Big East, but they are clearly the betting favorite in a loaded conference, and they are also DimersBOT's favorite potential national champion from the Big East, at a 6.2% probability. Villanova is one to keep an eye on as well, as our model actually gives the red-hot Wildcats a 0.1% chance to win it all, even higher than Big East contender Xavier. But it's hard to look past UConn, who just beat Nova in the final game of the regular season.
Best bet: UConn +200
Best longshot: Villanova +1000
Who will win this year's Pac 12 Conference Tournament?
Teams | Odds | % of Handle | % of Bets |
UCLA | +110 | 28.9% | 67.4% |
Arizona | +210 | 30.0% | 21.6% |
USC | +800 | 5.1% | 2.8% |
Oregon | +1200 | 10.4% | 0.9% |
There's no conference in the sport with a bigger drop off from the top to the middle. Regular season champion UCLA is the favorite, Arizona is also very good, but everybody else doesn't belong in the same category. UCLA just suffered a key injury to star wing Jaylen Clark, and without him it's hard to know just how dynamic the Bruins will be. Our DimersBOT model still loves the Bruins, marking the Wildcats the 4th most probable national champion. But Arizona isn't far behind, as the 8th most probable champ, and fully healthy, we like the Wildcats.
Best bet: Arizona +210
Best longshot: Arizona State +1500
Who will win this year's SEC Conference Tournament?
Teams | Odds | % of Handle | % of Bets |
Alabama | +150 | 86.1% | 38.5% |
Tennessee | +300 | 0.7% | 4.8% |
Kentucky | +450 | 8.2% | 39.9% |
Texas A&M | +500 | 1.4% | 6.3% |
The discrepancy between the favorite Alabama's % of handle vs. Tennessee's is staggering. Our DimersBOT disagrees, grading Tennessee as the third most likely national champion at a whopping 12.2% probability, not far behind 2nd-most probably Alabama's 14.2%. Even without point guard Zakai Zeigler, the gap between Tennessee shouldn't be that large and there is value there for wise bettors.
Best bet: Tennessee +300
Best longshot: Arkansas +1200
