Black Friday Week 13 College Football Best Bets
Arizona State Sun Devils vs. Arizona Wildcats - 3:00PM ET
Arizona hasn't earned a win over Arizona State since 2016, but this is a different Wildcats team than we've seen in recent years. Jedd Fisch has completely turned this program around and Arizona will now be hoping to end its season on a positive note. The best way for the Wildcats to do that is to defeat a massive rival.
The Wildcats were only favored at home in one game this season and that was a 23-point win over the Colorado Buffaloes. But Arizona also earned a great home win as a 2.5-point home underdog against the North Dakota Bison earlier in the year. That means that the Wildcats tend to handle their business when they're not huge underdogs at home, with last week's 11-point loss against the Washington State Cougars being an exception. And this home crowd should be electric on Friday, with Arizona hoping to earn its fifth win of the year after winning just one last year.
It also should be noted that the Wildcats have stability in their favor right now. Fisch's job is very safe within the Arizona program, while Arizona State is playing under an interim head coach. That could mean a lot in looking at how prepared these two teams will be at the end of the season. We also just like quarterback Jayden de Laura's toughness under center for the Wildcats. He's a player with a lot of heart and will be hoping to lead his team to its biggest home win of the season here.

Arkansas Razorbacks vs. Missouri Tigers - 3:30PM ET
Missouri is one win away from bowl eligibility, while Arkansas already has six wins. With that said, this is a much bigger game for the Tigers than it is the Razorbacks, and it's just hard to ignore that. It's also tough to ignore the fact that Missouri will have a rather large home-field advantage in this game. The home team has covered in seven of the eight games these teams have played since the start of the 2014 season, and that one non-cover was a push.
Not only will the Tigers be playing at home in what has been a series dominated by the home team, but the Razorbacks are just 4-8 straight-up in road games under head coach Sam Pittman. Meanwhile, Missouri is 6-2 against the spread as a home underdog under Eli Drinkwitz and the Tigers are also 2-0 ATS as home underdogs of 7 or less.
We like Missouri to cover in this game and we also think it's worth a sprinkle on the moneyline with everything at stake for the program.

Florida Gators vs. Florida State Seminoles - 7:30PM ET
This is the type of fishy line that we normally try to avoid, but we just have to take the bait here. The SEC is just far superior to all other Power Five conferences, and the ACC is arguably the worst of those five. So, while Florida State has had a very impressive season in the third year of the Mike Norvell project, we still just don't see a scenario in which Florida will look outmatched out there.
The Gators might be coming off of a pathetic loss to the Vanderbilt Commodores last week, but that's likely because Billy Napier's team was looking ahead to this massive rivalry game. Florida had covered in three games in a row before that lousy showing, with those three coming against the Georgia Bulldogs, Texas A&M Aggies and South Carolina Gamecocks. This is a very solid football team that beat a good Utah Utes squad earlier in the year. If the Gators can hang around with those teams, they can definitely do the same against the Seminoles.
This is just a game in which we trust Florida quarterback Anthony Richardson to make just as many plays as Florida State quarterback Jordan Travis. Richardson even guaranteed a win in this one earlier in the week. With that said, we're not overthinking this one and we're taking the points. Florida has won each of the last three meetings between these two and we think the Gators will have a chance to make it four with this going down to the wire.
