Wake Forest Demon Deacons vs. Duke Blue Devils - 6:30PM ET

With conference play underway, it's a great time for the annual reminder that home court makes a big difference. Teams that seem to be stuck in the mud can magically slip a switch at home. We think that may apply to Wake Forest tonight, as the Demon Deacons have lost three of their last four games, but all three losses came to Kenpom Top 100 teams away from home.  Wake Forest is 6-0 at home on the season. They have covered 8 points in 11 of 13 games, and the only two that they didn't came in true road games against Clemson and Rutgers.

This young Duke team is talented, but they don't have the firepower of normal Duke teams. This is their first true road game of the season, and the freshmen will have to respond. Duke has won four straight games since their blowout loss to Purdue, and we think they won't win easily tonight.

Virginia Cavaliers vs. Miami Hurricanes - 8:30PM ET

Virginia got bit at home over the weekend against Houston, marking their first loss of the season. After missing the NCAA Tournament last year, we all collectively seemed ready to anoint the Cavs as "BACK" a bit prematurely. Even prior to the loss to Houston, Virginia had been playing with fire, winning games against Michigan, Florida State and James Madison all by five points or less.

The biggest problem for Virginia in the Houston loss was that Virginia couldn't contain Houston's guards, and Miami has a duo that is as good as any backcourt pairing in the country. Isaiah Wong and Nijel Pack are both NBA shotmakers who are capable of scoring at all three levels. Miami is quietly 11-1 on the season, and an impressive 8-0 at home. We like the Hurricanes tonight.

Oklahoma Sooners vs. Florida Gators - 9:30PM ET

There might not be a better transfer in the country than Oklahoma's Grant Sherfield. The star guard is averaging 17.6 points and 4.2 assists per game, while shooting 46.7% from the floor and 55.4% from three on 5.1 attempts per game. As prolific of a shotmaker as any in the sport, Sherfield will be the best guard in this game and is more than capable of dominating his matchup en route to a Sooners victory. This is Oklahoma's 5th game on a netural floor this year, going 3-1 in previous contests with wins over Nebraska, Seton Hall and Ole Miss.

Florida is 1-2 on neutral floors with losses to Xavier and West Virginia. The Gators are 0-4 against Kenpom top 100 teams (Oklahoma is 38th). Florida plays fast and undisciplined, and against Oklahoma's methodical tempo we expect them to have some self-enforced errors and frustrations from start to finish. We'll back the Sooners here.
