DePaul Blue Demons vs. Minnesota Golden Gophers - 7:00PM ET

This game opens essentially as a pickem, with DePaul on the road against a hapless Minnesota squad. Both teams have injury concerns, but Minnesota should be more affected, as their best player, Jamison Battle's status is in question for this one.

DePaul has talent - Umoja Gibson and Jalen Terry in the backcourt will have a big positional advantage over Minnesota's guards. Without Battle, the Gophers will struggle to score. Let's take the Blue Demons to cover.

Troy Trojans vs. Florida State Seminoles - 7:00PM ET

Florida State is in shambles to start the season, sitting at 0-2 wit losses to Stetson and UCF both by comfortable margins. We have to remember - this Florida State program wasn't very good last year either, losing 14 games and underachieving from start to finish.

Enter Troy, who won 20 games last season and sits at 206th on kenpom. The Trojans added some nice pieces from the transfer portal, and they aren't a slouch by any means. Against a Florida State team with too many questions, we'll take Troy to cover.

Butler Bulldogs vs. Penn State Nittany Lions - 8:30PM ET

Penn State has looked fantastic this season so far, but some shooting regression could be in store for the Nittany Lions. They have shot 50% on 68 attempts from deep through two games, but it's largely been the same guys from last year's team who shot only 34% from deep last season.

Thad Matta's Butler team is already off to a great start - in five seasons under previous coach Lavall Jordan, Butler won just one game by 36 points, the margin the Bulldogs won in Matta's first game back at the helm this year. Center Manny Bates, who had 25 points, 11 rebounds and three blocks in his Butler debut will be the difference tonight.
