Buffalo Bills still Super Bowl 57 favorites after 2022 NFL Draft in Las Vegas
After an opening night at the 2022 NFL Draft on Thursday that saw University of Georgia linebacker Travon Walker go first overall to the Jacksonville Jaguars, the rest of the early first round largely held to form, and according to BetMGM officials, there was no change to Super Bowl 57 odds.
The NFL draft was a success for many BetMGM bettors," said Seamus Magee, Sports Trader at BetMGM.
"Travon Walker to go first overall, Derek Stingley Jr. third overall and Kayvon Thibodeaux fifth overall were bad outcomes for the book. Drake London as the first receiver was the best prop for the book.”
The Buffalo Bills remain the favorite to win Super Bowl 57 in 2023, according to BetMGM, with opening odds at +750 that have since dropped to +650. The Bills, who lost a heartbreaker in overtime to the Kansas City Chiefs in last year's AFC Divisional Round, are getting 15.0% of the tickets wagered and are accounting for 17.5% of the total handle, or money bet.
The Kansas City Chiefs remain second-favorites at +900 with 8.7% of bets and 9.9% of the handle.
The top five teams reside in the AFC with the San Francisco 49ers, coming in at +1400, the favorites out of the NFC.
