Tuesday MLB Parlay Analysis

Kansas City Royals vs St. Louis Cardinals, 7:46 PM ET

LEG 1: Brendan Donovan 1+ Hit (-235) with DraftKings

We cashed our hit parlay yesterday, let’s do it again today! We’re heading to St. Louis for the first leg of this parlay and trusting Brendan Donovan to get a hit.

Donovan is hitting a solid .247 average at home this year and faces Zack Greinke and the Royals today. In his career vs Greinke, Donovan is 1-2 against him.

Greinke has given up 5+ hits in four out of five road starts this year. Donovan should definitely have opportunities today to record a hit. 

With a high over/under and the Cardinals offense being a no-show yesterday, I think the Cardinals offense gets back into form today. Leading the charge will be Brendan Donovan.

Tampa Bay Rays vs. Chicago Cubs, 8:05 PM ET

LEG 2: Josh Lowe 1+ Hit (-210) with DraftKings

Josh Lowe plays for the Rays. If you bet on a Ray to get a hit yesterday, there’s a good chance you lost as the Rays only had one hit as a team (shoutout Wander Franco).

I like Lowe & the Rays to bounce back for Kyle Hendricks. Hendricks allowed a .333 BA in his first and only start. Last season, he allowed a .260 BA so some regression is coming but not that much.

Lowe is batting .301 on the season, but most importantly: .307 vs. Right Handed Pitchers. Hendricks is a Righty, which likely means Lowe is in the lineup today.

Lowe bats lefty (which is why he is always in the lineup vs. RHP) & Hendricks struggled vs. Left Handed Batters last season allowing a .291 Batting Average (compared to only .226 vs. RHB).

Lowe will bounce back and get us a hit. I believe in the man!

Atlanta Braves vs Oakland Athletics, 9:40 PM ET

LEG 3: Ozzie Albies 1+ Hit (-265) with DraftKings

The final leg of this hit parlay (+189) sends us to Oakland. Ozzie Albies is being asked to get one hit to close it out, and I am confident he can do just that.

If you watched our daily YouTube video, you would see a like Albies to also get a Homerun, so if you’re feeling spicy, bet that too. However, the reason I like him so much are his splits vs. left handed pitchers.

Albies is batting .452 vs. Left Handed Pitchers, and he gets a Lefty today in JP Sears. While Albies has struggled vs. Righties, he’s destroyed lefties hitting 5 HRs in 62 at bats (5 HRs in 146 ABs vs. RHP).

While we aren’t asking him for a homerun here, it would certainly be cool if he did just that. Sears is a solid pitcher, but I’ll trust Albies who is seeing lefties very well.
