The Red Sox exploded on the O's last night, registering 17 runs in an absolute demolition job in Baltimore. The Orioles haven't been smacked around like that too much this year, but runs could once again be on the menu when the two sides reconvene this afternoon with Kyle Bradish (3-5, 5.30 ERA) and Rich Hill (6-6, 4.79 ERA) getting the starts on the mound. Both pitchers have had wayward seasons, and while Bradish in particular has been better for the Orioles in recent games, his most recent outing against the Blue Jays was a slip up, plus he did just give up 3 runs against this very Sox team on August 20. The 8.5-run total is achievable.

Cardinals vs. Pirates, 1:35PM ET

Don't look now, but Mitch Keller has some pretty decent scalps over the past couple of weeks. The Pirates ace is coming off back-to-back team wins over the Mets and Brewers, maintaining a 2.30 ERA over his last three appearances overall. He'll be on the bump today and looking to keep the good form rolling.

Pittsburgh were blown out of last night's encounter late in the game before mounting a final surge in the bottom of the 9th to just fall short and lose 7-5. That's after a big win on Friday against the same St. Louis outfit. They've been competitive all weekend and should not to be discounted today.

Diamondbacks vs. Rockies, 3:10PM ET

It's impossible to ignore the form of Arizona pitcher Zac Gallen (11-2, 2.42 ERA). Gallen is doing historic things right now, not giving up a run in his last 6 starts. What's amazing about his run of form has been the longevity of his starts, too, averaging just under 7 innings per start during that timespan. When it comes to trying to maintain a scoreless run, there's no bigger tests than heading on the road to Coors Field in the altitude, but coming up against Ryan Feltner (2-7, 5.85 ERA), we're confident that the DBacks should get enough run defense to get ahead in this one and win.
