Monday MLB Parlay Analysis

Kansas City Royals vs. Cleveland Guardians, 7:11 PM ET

LEG 1: Jose Ramirez 1+ Hit (-270) with DraftKings

After coming close to cashing our parlay Friday, we’re back for revenge in our hit parlay today. The first leg of this hit parlay needs Jose Ramirez to get a hit.

At home, Jose is hitting a stellar .312. All he needs is a hit against the lefty Ryan Yarbrough and the Royals today. 

In his last two outings, Yarbrough has allowed six hits in each of them. As a pitch-to-contact pitcher, Yarbrough should offer Jose several chances at a hit today. 

Coming off an 0-5 outing at the plate yesterday, it’s hard to see Jose going hitless again today. He will come through for the first leg of this parlay.

Cincinnati Reds vs. Milwaukee Brewers, 8:11 PM ET

LEG 2: Christian Yelich 1+ Hit (-230) with DraftKings

The second leg of this parlay involves Christian Yelich taking on the Reds at home. This is a big matchup for both teams, but all we need is a Yelich hit.

For starters, Yelich has a hit in 5 straight games. At home, Yelich is hitting .292 this season.

Graham Ashcraft is Yelich’s opponent today. Even though Ashcraft has been better in earned runs, he’s still allowing several hits.

In four out of his last five starts, Ashcraft has allowed 5+ hits to his opponent. Batting leadoff, there should be several opportunities for Yelich today.

Toronto Blue Jays vs. Los Angeles Dodgers, 10:11 PM ET

LEG 3: Freddie Freeman 1+ Hit (-290) with DraftKings

The final leg of this hit parlay will be Freddie Freeman. He’s the late night guy, so we will all have to stay up and wait for Freddie to pull through, but I am confident he does just that.

Freeman has 2+ hits in three straight games. Lucky for us, we only need one. He’s batting .331 on the season and has been crushing the baseball at home.

Today, he will face Jose Berrios of the Blue Jays. He’s batting .337 vs. RHP (Berrios is a RHP). He’s seen Berrios before and is 1/3 against him lifetime (with that hit being a HR).

Berrios has struggled vs. Lefties allowing a .261 BA this season to Left Handed Batters, compared to .210 vs RHB.

I trust Freddie to get us one hit, and let’s hope he does it for us in the first Inning so we can all go to bed. Good luck!
