LEG 1: Jose Altuve to Record 1+ Hit (-225) with Bet365

It’s the start of the new week, which means we have cooked up a 3-leg hit parlay that we are going to cash! This one comes in at +188 value. Let’s get right to it.

Jose Altuve will go up against Chris Sale, something he has already done in 40 plate appearances. In those PAs, Altuve is batting .297.

Being on the road, Altuve will get plenty of chances batting leadoff, with a chance to hit 5+ times tonight. With those percentages, I’ll take my chances. Altuve is hitting .347 on the road this season, much better than the .278 BA he has at home.

Altuve has a career .311 batting average at Fenway Park. Let’s hope he raises that average today.

San Diego Padres vs St. Louis Cardinals, 7:06 PM ET

LEG 2: Ha-Seong Kim to Record 1+ Hit (-225) with Bet365

The 2nd Leg of the Parlay is Ha-Seong Kim to record a hit. Kim is quietly becoming one of the best hitters in baseball this season.

You couldn’t script a better matchup for Kim today as he faces the “well past his prime” Wainwright. Wainwright struggles to miss bats these days and I’ll take my chances with Kim getting a hit.

Kim is coming off a series where he didn’t have a single hit in 3 games in Milwaukee. The law of averages and his .274 batting average say he’s due for a hit today. 

Kim is 2/6 lifetime vs. Wainwright, with 2 home runs. While we aren’t asking for a home run today, we certainly wouldn’t complain. He will get plenty of chances vs. Wainwright & a mediocre (at best) Cardinals bullpen.

Milwaukee Brewers vs Chicago Cubs, 8:06 PM ET

LEG 3: Cody Bellinger 1+ Hit (-260) with Bet365

The Final Leg of this hit parlay is Cody Bellinger to record a hit. Bellinger and the Cubs face Wade Miley and the Brewers at home today.

Even though Miley has solid numbers on the road this year, he hasn’t been tested like this. The Cubs offense was on fire yesterday, and it was Bellinger doing most of the damage.

Bellinger is hitting .344 this month and a ridiculous .375 at home this month. Bellinger is 2-9 against Miley but that average will go up today.

Miley allows a slightly higher batting average to lefties than righties. The lefty on lefty matchup doesn’t scare me at all, since Bellinger has been absolutely raking at home this season.
